The ON shoes fit very very small! I also bought a pair recently and I had to size up to wear shocks comfortably. I usually wear a 39.5 EUR and with ON shoes I wear a 41 EUR. It's a brand thing, I would recommend you try a bigger size :)

Hi Nadia, just a wee bit of advice re dry shampoo. There was a big recall of Batiste dry shamp in 2023. It contains BENZENE which is carcinogenic & Batiste espec cotained more than 2 ppm of it. So if you must use a dry shamp, please ensure this isn't 1 of the ingreds in other brands you may use. You can research it yourself, but even moreso if you're trying to conceive.x

I'm on a fertility diet now, we've had a few specialists and now I'm eating grass fed beef at least two times a week and three if possible. I don't have a lack of iron but since doing this I've really noticed a difference which is crazy. Also low cod and very minimal salmon due to high mercury and plastics. ❤xxx

I am not surprised that happened to your sister, I bought my wedding dress from Suzanne Neville, and was told I’d put on weight I was gobsmacked and it sent me spiralling trying to lose weight. To find out that when I used their seamstress to have it altered which I had to pay another £350 for plus back and forth trips in the car to Birmingham, that I hadn’t put on weight. There were two of us who chose the same dress, same day and had measurements taken, they had switched the dresses accidentally, my dress was with her, and I had hers!
But it’s the cheek of saying I’d put on weight, but then not owning up to their mistake and taking more of my money to resolve it. My dress had to be completely taken apart and all Suzanne Neville dresses have built in internal corsets! It was a mess but on the day looked beautiful. Good luck to your sister and I hope nothing else goes wrong. Xx

Why does this generation dislike marriage
At no point did Nadia say she 'disliked' marriage. She merely said she didn't really see marriage in her future and, if she did get married, it would be an intimate wedding. Not that she remotely needs to explain herself. If Nadia's beliefs don't align with yours maybe you should unfollow.

Becsude nowadays couples start live together before marriage not after like in the past. I also felt weird to get married after years living already together- for me it was silly theatre we played so all my wedding i was just laughing and wondering why we do this and its silly but did it as we must do ut as tradition lol but i agree marriage should be intimate..
