    I just tried this sequence for the first time. I feel enlivened and joyful. Thank you so much! I also appreciate the caution to only do it a few times/week. It feels so good, I would otherwise do it more often!

    Hi, thank you so much for sharing this exercise! May I ask, do you repeat the exercise so you're tapping a hand above the sternum with the other hand as well?

      You can absolutely do that! I like to switch one hand over the other with each rep.
