Found your IG page by happenstance. Came to find you on RUclips. Did this exercise first thing when I woke up bc I couldn’t sleep and was trying the regular breathing exercises that they say to do when in fight/flight/freeze to no avail, felt more anxious. After doing 5 of the first part of this exercise, I felt more space to take in breath. I’ve only watched a handful of your videos on IG and I’ve already have learned more than in 10 years of researching. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your knowledge with the world. I feel like this Moro info is the first bit of information that may actually save me. 💕

I appreciate all the quck flow videos! Variety keeps my brain happy and interested. The pace flow is ingrained now along with some of the others from your workshop videos, can easily pull it out of my toolbox even under high stress or brainfog. So I like having both: routine plus new mixes 😊

Kelly I"m on the replay crew, wasn't able to make it live on Thursday but have been watching in small bits since then - and WOW. I'm new to your channel and wasn't sure the workshop would add much to my NS toolbox but I think this will be a game changer in my health recovery (and I think it's going to simplify my toolbox - yay!). My goal is for long-term regulation, not just putting out brain fires every day and this feels like the right direction. Thank you!

Thank you for your question!!You could shorten it to just rocking and hover. Ideally you want to do the rocking before hover as the rocking is what nourishes the STNR reflex and promotes better organization of the trunk in the hover and eventually progressions into plank! Hope that helps❤

Love this! I have 4 orange-size Franklin balls I use for rolling. I imagine the balls should have some give to them? Any contraindications for these prone moves? Thanks Queen of Neuro Muscular re-education :)
Franklin balls would be great!! Yes, they need to have give. For the prone version the participant needs to be able to get off and onto the floor safely. Did you see the recent upright one at the wall with the balls giving sensory INput on the back body?

Thank you!! I've created variations at the wall for some people to go through similar sequences! I will put those on the list to share!! I've also used the big ball to keep weight off the knees and yet support people in moving through some of the developmental sequences but of course that requires a good amount of balance.
