Hi.. Thank you for the videos,
if there is a scanner & printer with server and many PCs, so what is the best way to do scanning this way or folder way?

If there is a server, I would scan to the server. Use the Scan to Folder function to a shared folder on the server.

Hi, Thanks for this video, it all works. I also need to be able to delete files in the Advance box (from the PC) after use. It will not allow delete. Seems like a permissions thing. Do you know what setting to allow delete?

Hello Peter, To delete a file folder in Advanced Box, log into the copier via web browser on your PC, using the copier's IP address. Go to "Settings/Registration", and from there, look for "Store/Access Files" on the left hand side. Then go to "Advanced Box Settings" , from there go to "Delete Shared Space". You should see a list of your files. Select the one you want to remove and hit "Delete".
