My thoughts:
Pros: it will nicely fit next to Dom's Charger as another affordable good looking vehicle which is not "sticker-bombed" as highschool kid's first car
Cons: really not much suspension here)
I have that set, but some people don’t know you can build over 7 different things with most the pieces on a certain website, and I built someone’s 1989 batmobile. Look it up it’s cool!!

@@JochenThe1 just saying, all lego technics use blue, red, yellow pins. saying everything should be black to be realistic would be stupid. also i agree, finding stuff in the black pile was one thing i learnt after i built 42111

This video was actually pretty helpfull. I have been building legos for years now. But I have never done a technic set before. So this was a good video for checking to see if I was doing it right whenever I got stuck.
I finished the set and idk if I put it together wrong but if i roll the back tires to get the back effect the tires tend to come of

Thats probably a flaw with the axle pieces, I've had it before but only on my new year and a half old McLaren Senna as the axles wear down and are smaller than the axle size on the rim.

I got to the last part from bag one. And I have leftover parts, and I'm so confused. I'm also missing one blue part to finish it.
I love this set took me 6 hours to complete it
For some reason when I put the engine it pushes the light brick.
When i want to put the engine in theres a little piece of one of the rods that pushes into the light brick and i can’t put it in beacause of that. Can anyone help me with it?

Is this a hard set to build because I got this for christmas and I'm nervous my very first lego technic set
For my first bigger scale technic set, it's pretty easy. I got a few things confused, mostly the engine pistons and the tail lights, but it isn't that hard to build just time consuming.

Go back a step and look at your build closely. You maybe have something one slot off.
Trust me, trough my many years of building legos I’ve reached the conclusion that when something like that happens it’s because I skipped a step, or attached wrongly some piece, not lego’s fault
I meant to reply to all these, but I finally figured it out, and I was able to finish it

I’m stuck at 4:57-5:00 the 4 pieces that goes in that can’t go in because of the main piece
So, I’m currently doing this build. I’ve gotten to part 5:10-5:20 of the video and I noticed now both parts aren’t perpendicular unless you push down to some holes where it seems so pegs will go into. Did you or any one run into that?
I’m about to build it in a few days, I’ll keep this comment in mind and check back with you bro! I like knowing if there’s a funny issue like this.
I just finished doing bag 1 but I got 4 leftover pieces is that normal?
@@LMedina1021 from what I have read and a friend of mine who builds these all the time, you will have spare parts. I think I had the same amount when I finished bag one.
@@LMedina1021 in my experience they have fewer left over pieces per bag a few years ago, now it’s like they always include at least 4 extras per bag. One time I had 9, odd.
So, I spent a good bit wondering why the parts weren’t laying flat on each other and only by force turns out, i had put some pieces on the wrong spots. Problem solved

I’m having trouble putting the engine in
personally i didnt like this set (i didnt really get the chance to build it) because my set had A LOT of missing pieces, my dad ordered the pieces i was missing and then after A WEEK of waiting i finally got the pieces just to find out i have even MORE of missing pieces.
Ask for a refund and order somewhere else cus that's really unlucky

You may not regret it because it have a lot interesting parts for own creation
It looks very nice, but c'mon, there isn't even a basic suspension system! This set will totally get wrecked if the user tries to enact the Penguin chase scene!
how many hours did you spend to build it ?
Hi, I just built it today and it took about an hour, probably a bit over that like one hour ten minutes or something. I’d definitely recommend getting it - a great set!
hour to two hours. Depends on your speed building it and if you took a break.
