Hey nice job. I just bought a 2020 klx 250 and I was wondering where you got the black plastics from. They look sick. I am in Australia and have looked locally but failed.
Thanks! Just thought I'd share a video of my mods to give other KLX owners some ideas for possible upgrades. It took me a long time, but I was able to find the black side-panel plastics on Amazon. I ordered them last October and it took several weeks for them to ship to Pennsylvania from China (link below). Unfortunately, it looks like they are no longer available. Maybe due to the pandemic situation? www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PJTR51R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I ordered a black upper headlamp cover from the camo version of the KLX. www.revzilla.com/oem/kawasaki/kawasaki-55022-0044-6c-cover-head-lamp-upp-ebony The 2020 model would look sick with black plastics too!

Hey, I didn’t do anything, I just put them on. I just looked at mine again and they are slightly pigeon toed too. Not that bad though. They are pretty cheap, maybe you got a defective pair?
Thanks! No, the stock turn signals do not work with the DRC Edge 2. I had a local shop install it and he used a custom bracket to connect the turn signals to the fender eliminator.

Thanks! Yes, the Yoshi sound is excellent (my neighbors don't like it though - haha). I have not added an EJK yet. That is next on the list to do when I get some extra cash. Overall, the performance is fine without it. It does pop a bit when its cold, but once it warms up the pops almost go away. The low end power/torque difference from the stock pipe is very noticeable. We mounted them to the bars. They are clamped on the curved section just below the ends of the bar pad. It is a tight fit for the front brake line, but we made it work. Funny story - about 10 minutes after we filmed the last clip, I was ripping through a field with tall grass. I hit a tree stump that I didn't see hidden in the grass and dumped the bike! Fortunately, there was only minor damage to the forks, bars, and plastic handgaurd shield. The handguards really did their job but the right bar end still bent slightly. The bars are still usable, but eventually I want to upgrade them.
Yes, it is an exact fit for this model bike. It only took us about 15 minutes to install it. The only part that was kind of challenging was putting the mid-pipe into the header, but once you do that it's smooth sailing. Hi from France.
I wonder what is your size because KLX looks small ?
I'm 6,06ft, do you think it's ok ?
Thank you for the video ✌
