Breathless. Maisky's Cello is so strong with lighter accords where exactly need to be. His pianist and violin are great as well, but this is cello repertoire and that cello keeps you kind of hypnotized. What a genius Miasky is.
I have listen to the to Miasky Trio (his daughter the pianist and his son the Violinist). There are some good and some not as good concerts by them. I think Miasky's cello is better with a full or chamber orchestra. This is one that is good with the Miasky trio.
