  • This is an update video where I install the Progress Technology 19mm rear sway bar on the CR-Z. This is pretty straightforward, but installation is slightly different than what the instructions show. It's truly a bolt-on accessory.

    did a 1.5 drop and the exhaust bangs the sway bar when there is downward movement, its after marked exhaust so still working on it,

    So, those three holes are already in the stock spring housing?Is there a stock rear sway that you removed, or it's just that simple? I'm about to install the progress sway and K&N typhoon today. Thanks

      Yes, they should all be there on the stock spring mounts. There is no stock sway bar, so nothing to remove.

    You need to start taking care of the bottom of your car is getting rust pretty bad.... get some brushes and rust remover and paint that all black

      MR. S1000RR TUBASO it’s too late for that, plus I sold the car. It was well past it’s value to look into doing that but I understand your concern!

      Also I live in upstate NY, Where they salt the roads heavily and to coat on top of that rust would only make the problem worse. It seals in the rust
