- Today we challenge @jesschojnacki to land all of skateboarding made simple volume 1 within one hour - tricks including ollie, frontside 180, backside 180, pop shove it, front shove it, heelflip, and lastly kickflip! With a tiny bit of help from Nigel Jones and Ricky Glaser, let's see how she handles this epic skate challenge! She heel flips better than I can. I always struggled with them and rarely ever land one. I always found varial and inward heel flips to be easier. Great job Jess, keep up the hard work!

Practice fakie heelflips first, they’re easier to flick for some reason, once you get those you can basically land a regular heelflip
Heelflips are easier than inward heels, but it is way easier for me to be consistent at inward heels.
Try heelflip like a kickflip, but sliding your toes off the other way with your heel raised. this is actually a method of doing a heelflip

She's got great pop and fast feet. I like how the boys have a bottom up approach for analysis and tips. One simple thing I would suggest, Jess, is pulling your head back up some. Lots of times you land both feet on the board, rolling, but you start to tip just because you're leaning forward and your head is down. At any rate, keep popping, flicking, and sticking 'em. And maybe move out west...

Made me realize I need to go back to the basics. I could probably ollie, fs 180, pop shuv, kickflip and heelflip back to back first try, but would probably spend an hour before getting bs 180 and front shuv

Me 4 month to land it, 7 years to land switch flip
Ollies are the hardest trick to learn. It's all down hill from there.

You guys need to add a girl to the brail team full time!! You push everyone needs to learn to skate so I think it would help new female skaters to watch a girl progress through the years. Maybe Jess perhaps she has some talent and can get much better over time. Anyhow I think it would add a very cool element to your channel
