7 convictions for aggravated assault and only 15 years old. And now a mu**er charge.
In Michigan, not New Orleans, James and Jennifer Crumbley bought their son Ethan a gun for Christmas. He used it on other people and was sentenced to life without parole in December of 2023. The next April, in 2024, James and Jennifer got sentenced to 10 - 15 years for involuntary manslaughter for buying the handgun for little Ethan.
The parents won't be found liable for this 15 year old though. The people in Michigan were melanin challenged. It makes a difference.
