For the longest time I couldn’t get this to work! Watched countless videos everyone saying the same thing and I kept doing the same thing but still it didn’t work it wouldn’t reset until finally I did two things.
1. I moved a floor mat out from near the gas petal.
2. I watched this video and seen you waited a little to press the gas three times I think it’s not immediately as soon as you turn it to run it’s after everything is finally on and you see that oil change message due, then press the gas petal 3 times! Sorry for how long this is just trying to help someone else cuz I swear I turned my car on 70 times just trying to reset the damn oil change smh.
