I don't think they should have brought this update out as It will get them removed from the Marketplace. The No Weapons Rule on Marketplace Products its still ON. Should have left the F14 as it was. Rather have that and no Wrapons than nothing at all..
Like I said if they take this plane from me I’m moving to another game . Somethings you just can’t accept after all we do to promote this broken sim and all the money we spend just to fly . They have to care about the community or there will be none

Asobo knows very well they can’t afford to lose some of their biggest devs that make them a lot of money and IndiaFoxTecho happens to be one of those developers so I doubt they are bold enough to risk doing something like that. The fact the weapons are on the tomcat & got even more people to purchase it for that reason is already a winning point. Imagine how the sales shot up when people found out weapons were on it, now they try to take them back..😂. Their basically asking for a revolution against weapons policy now🤷🏾♂️

Thats alot of money they will miss out on & lots of people bought the tomcat because they heard about the weapons being on it. So now they are playing in deep water by trying to remove them after many other simmers bought the tomcat because of the weapons.. we are talking lawsuits now💯

Strange rule because there's many Xbox/Microsoft games like first person shooters or Halo that have weapons & can use them. On this plane are they just graphically there or can they be used & fired from pressing a button in cockpit to take down any multiplayer plane?
@wolfie_the_wolf142 absolutely not. At Microsoft flight simulator we are using the tools to learn how to fly or brush up on our flying skills like myself. I don't want to shoot anybody!

I doubt it. I think the reson they dont have missile and bombs is because they want the age rating to be low. If they add a option to kill cpu/other players their age rating will have to go up.

@@ParZIVal19D this has happened before with the Mig-21 on xbox and from what I can remember they never forced an update in fact i dont even know if its possble to force updates for add ons so we should be good 🙏

It's not about being on Xbox or pc.. it's the fact that pc has and has always had a much bigger 3rd party add on community.... it's easier to develop them for oc since they've done so for decades... it's pretty much the same coding. Not to mention flight swimming is in it's baby stages on console. The amount of $ I spent on addon planes, ai traffic, atc communications, live weather addons etc, is ridiculous compared to what you'll ever get on console since most of that's included.... and because pc users have a much larger investment in it, pc will always have first priority.
Yep I’m sure Microsoft will hop on banning this as soon as they come from Christmas break. Like how is it different if it’s in the marketplace or from a dev . It’s still weapons so why ban one and not the other
