Having fallen victim to Audi's tendency to provide reviewers with fully-optioned cars, where those options are not included as standard, it would be helpful to include information on what comes standard with the car and what is an optional extra. For example, matrix headlights, light bar, Sonos sound system etc are part of the Tech Pack, which is a £1,500 optional extra. Likewise, adaptive cruise control did not come included with my Q4, nor did the reversing camera, front parking sensors, head-up display or panoramic sunroof. I also didn't get the flat top steering wheel, regen paddles or leather seats. Thankfully, I've been able to upgrade to a more fully-specced model, almost identical to the one you've reviewed, but reviewers need to caveat their reviews to mention features that are not standard.
100% agree with the brakes. No confidence using the physical brakes when in Auto Mode. Very different when utilising B mode or the paddle shifters - the former can be jerky and the latter requires you to judge the traffic (which is still the better option so far) and choose the right level. Why has Audi done this? It has ruined what could be the top market pick in this class. Perhaps the Dynamic mode is the better mode to use as the regenerative braking level can be set to its custom level instead of resetting each time you touch the accelerator.
From what I understand there are four model variants of the Q4 e-tron, which one are you reviewing in this video? 12:24 I believe in the US the front seats are power-adjustable, but in other countries power seats are an optional upgrade.
But most people stop at the services anyway and with fast charging it will be at 100% by the time you’ve had a coffee and something to eat, we’ve ordered it and can’t wait looks great, a lot cheaper also
If you have a Quattro model then the benefits are simply better grip and faster acceleration. This is not an off-road SUV so it doesn’t have off road functions.
Brilliant review. What I’ve been looking for. I’ve just committed to buying this car (March delivery) and now feel much happier with what I’m getting into thanks to your review. My first EV and I wasn’t sure tbh. Sportback is def the nicer looking option.
Hi, Is this definitely the 45 version? The specs say that it will do the 0-62 dash in 6.7 seconds. I’m about to order one based on the power and acceleration improvements for this MY.
The 0-62 tests are not scientific. It depends on the road, the weather etc and I’m sure the car you receive will be faster! The location wasn’t ideal in this video either for a clean launch.
@@AlexandrosBaltatzis yes we have the Audi q4 s line 45 e tron 2024 the space in the back is surprisingly huge, head room is great, leg/knee room is great the floor is flat all across and the space in the sportback is literally the exact same as the SUV style. We went for the SUV style out of preference but size wise it’s the same

Sorry if I missed it, but what model specifically did you review? 45 or 55 - 280 or 320 quattro? Also which model has the sunroof. Great review !

Black, quattro, non-sportback, very nice.
There no roof bars for the sportback - the only option for a roof box for the sportback are clamps fitted to the top of the doors.

I was told by a fireman to never put a dog in the back of a car. He had seen so many crushed du to a rear end shunt. Put them on the back seat.
trunk capacity is only measured up to the seat height, that's why on paper this is higher but not in real life
Its like driving a BlackBerry Bold smartphone
Cool guy keep up with videos given a subscribe

Thanks for the review , clear and honest, wondering if the Quattro as other advantages (than 4 wheels drive of course) ?

@@TechInTheCar thank you again ! Take care
Super nice video. Thank you.
Thank you!
Very confusing.. is this the hatchback, standard or sportsback version?
Sportback - to be clear there is only the standard SUV shape and the sportback shape.

Glad it was helpful!
Same here we can’t wait it’s our first electric car so we’re quite nervous but all seems great! Fast charging is great also
Out of interest I kept score on how many vloggers have talked about this car, to date 48. WHY?
This is a new model year so not the same car but I make videos on all cars and all makes so you are going to see the same cars on different channels.
This is the first video I have seen with the updated version
