Awesome recipe....hard for me to find purple ones but will try them with orange ones & adjust the flour as needed. Also, I like the idea of using it as bread for buns. I may try turning it into waffles using GF breadcrumbs instead of sesame seeds. Thanks, I'll have fun tinkering with it.

I'm a Filipino and that is ube or purple sweet potato it's tasty 😋 it's also a ice cream it can be found in ice cream boxes at our supermarkets

I only had Aldi canned sweet potatoes and finely ground pecan flour,I did have ground flaxseed, eating them now-thank you.
