Load combination, displacement, drift and final moment for designing a RC structure if provided in that video then it will be a great help! because no videos in youtube covers the full analysis and design considering p-delta condition.

Isn't this conflict between analysis and checking ????
In ASCE R is 5.0 for IMRF. There wouldn't be significant effect for this issue. For being more specific we can change R to 5.0 in stead of 5.5 in seismic load case. Deflection amplification factor is 4.5.

I will suggest you to check full tutorial carefully. If you assign P-Delta load case then Etabs will consider extra moment for Delta.
