Seeing Sherp play so goofy and fun a year ago, I realize just how strong & amazing animals are that they hide pain in any tumors growing way before they fall to them. YOU, Jamie, were the reason. He still loves you, hears you so talk to him, and guides you. He wouldn't blame you if in time you wanted to sell that home you shared FOR HIM and not always have everything in the front of your mind about your time together, because he would want you to still chase life and free yourself from the heaviness of missing him. He will still be with you and gives you permission to let go when you are ready.
Jamie, Make sure you are getting plenty of rest. House hunting and moving is very stressful emotionally and physically...❤

Aww hope you feeling better Jamie. A tip for if you have to do another test. After you twirl the swab in the liquid squeeze the plastic tube as you pull swab out. That leaves the liquid in the bottom of tube for the 2 bits on test. Sherpa definitely needs his walkies after looking after you and man flu lol. Hugs and kisses to Sherpa xx

Sherpa knew Jamie was ill. No doubt about it. Am glad you’re feeling a bit better, Jamie, but do take good care of yourself. Covid can leave one terribly tired; am sure Sherpa knows this and will stop you doing too much, in addition to his cooking your meals and bringing you hot drinks. Take care, both of you!! 💙💙

I've just tested positive for Covid (second time for me) and my foster dog has been brilliant. Like Sherpa hes pretty content with having a few rest days and its nice to have the company. Just keep resting and you'll be better in no time 🙂
My sister tested positive on Monday! Get feeling better and get plenty of fresh air if possible! I got the Covid in 2020 and sitting out on my back porch really helped with my recovery and getting over it! Though I got it late summer/ early fall when the weather was nice!

Did you swab your throat? The home tests we have here have instructions to put in your nose. I'm sure the throat is just as uncomfortable. Good on you for re-testing, because you just never know! Also commendable that you were filming and stuff while you were sick. No one would have blamed you if you took some time for yourself :)
Depends which ones you have it's throat and nose or just nose and there is now just a saliva one.

Dogs are really great when you're sick. I use to have a black lab and she would feel sad when I was sick. Sherpa is wonderful . I'm trying to get a house so I can try to adopt a Husky

We had that '' cold '' last week and I 100% agree it's like the '' Man " flue. It was bad for 24 hours and we were tired for a week but now we are all better.

You need fresh ginger chopped up finely and boiled up in a pint of water until the water goes yellow and has reduced to half a pint. Add a couple of slices of very fresh lemon and some quality honey. Drink as often as you need but not before bedtime - it releases energy to assist the detox and could keep you awake. Much love to you and Nurse Sherpa. xx

I used to do them every week for work, and I always thought I was doing it right, then last year I went to Greece and I had to do one there before I flew home, and I swear the lady at the airport found some extra nostril space that didn’t exist before because she put that thing much further up than I thought was possible 😂
You're tougher than you think, Jaime. I needed zpaks and antibiotics for 3-4 days to come out of that. And since your natural immunity will kick in pretty soon afterwards, you should be able to enjoy the summer without incident. That should make Sherpa very happy 😊

When I had covid and then right after that the flu my sphynx cat lay on my chest watching and sleeping most of the time for many days. They know we don't feel well.
