Can u explain when to use blast from phantom minions i mean i use this everytime when cd reach but u in the end of the video said u have to move to channeling skill
Sadly I cannot help you figure this out, check the sealed mana on your gear, check if you're using Off the Beaten track, etc. if you're missing some mana to activate play around with the supports that you can add and only add them back once you're able to afford them.
