@@WalkTheCube Int was updated this patch to increase damage mutliplicatively (0.5%) per point, each skill has its own scaling, in this case grim phantoms scale only with int.
WIth this patch, skills have a stat(s) associated with them and now stats act as another damage multiplier, 0.5% additional per point so stats are actually a very high priority, higher than some generic % increased spell/minion/etc damage
