Sometimes if feels great after hanging from the bar, sometimes it feels exponentially worse. What exactly is going on and how can I avoid the pain? Should I hang longer? Am I hanging the wrong way? Thank you.
Try this: if your back hurts after hanging on the bar, tighten up your core for a few seconds when it hurts and see if that feels better. Every hernia is different and it's hard to tell from the distance. So you need to find out what works for you by trial and error, making small adaptations one at a time.
The 9:30 floor 'superman' exercise places a lot of pressure on the lumbar discs. It's best to avoid it, if you already suffer from discopathy. Instead, you may try the bird-dog. The back extension on the machine 11:00 is good, as long as you don't extend your torso past 180 degrees with the legs.
This is one of the best fitness channels I've seen on the web. I highly recommend it for everyone.
Would i be able to do all the movements like i used to once disc heals 😭
It depends. Some people are able to do every exercise again, others need to be more cautious and replace or modify certain exercises. Just listen to your body.

@@marjana6046 A weak back is a vulnerable back. If you have scoliosis it's important to train up your back starting with easy to moderate exercises, slowing building up difficulty.
