How can i see the sun if the cardboard is covering the white paper at the bottom of the box???????

You don’t look at the sun, you see the shape of the sun/moon projected on the inside of the box on the white paper

You're not seeing the sun, you're seeing the reflection of the sun coming from behind you through the pinhole, onto the white paper.
