- We recently drove up to the Kruger Park and spent 2 nights just outside the Park. Although we didn’t see much in the way of predators like Leopard and Cheetah, we pretty much saw everything else - Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Wild Dog and plenty of Impala, Kudu and Waterbuck. Of course, the birdlife in Kruger is always special, and even during the “winter months” you’ll see a wide range of species. If you have a limited amount of time, no more than a day or two, I recommend entering the Park at Malelane gate, and driving along the Crocodile River on the S25, towards Crocodile Bridge, and then looping back to Malelane on either the H5 or the S26 - you will likely encounter an abundance of Elephant, Impala, Kudu, Giraffe, Zebra, Waterbuck and there is a very good chance that you’ll encounter Lion, Leopard and Wild dog too.

Thanx so much. Loved it. We have just spent a week in Berg en Dal and seen loads of Ellies and been blessed seeing leopard wild dogs and cheetah. Love love love the Kruger

Great footage! The baby elephants are adorable. It's hard to pick my favorite Kruger sighting, but I really like seeing and hearing the wild dogs play before they head out for a hunt and the social behavior when the hunting party returns to the rest of the group with food. Being close enough to a wild dog to hear it regurgitate its stomach contents was a highlight for me, but it's the least popular video on my YT 😆

Hi I have just subscribed to your channel because I was so impressed with your presentation and particularly the music, and I love that you don't talk incessantly and just allow the bush to shine. So often I come across game videos with amazing footage but I find the music and chit chat totally distracts from that unique quality of the bush and the feeling of peace and tranquility. You got it just right! I loved the Kingfisher footage and as always am amazed at how they can stay hovering for so long. I look forward to viewing your other videos. Well done .

Some familiar looking territory there. I have spent four days in Kruger covering the Crocodile Bridge up to Sabie and Skukusa then down to Berg en Dahl and Malalene Gate. Truly incredible,
Glad to hear it Michael - yes, very special place and lots to be seen in that Lower third of the KNP. Enjoy every minute of it. Have you explored further up the park at all? Also some incredible places - Satara, Mopani, Shingwedzi all very good camps.
@@graemecumming I spent a day in the Phalaborwa Gate area. The bush was very thick so game viewing not so good but it was still awe inspiring.

Hi IndiMo - thanks for the comment. Short answer - yes - I generally stop to take the video footage and the window is down when I stop. For some of the driving shots, these are taken from the dashboard through the front windscreen - and you can definitely see some of the dirt on my windscreen 🙈

hi is driveble road in kruger for any car or you need a jeep
Hi Rolanda - most of the roads in Kruger are driveable in non-4x4 vehicles, yes. There are one or two dirt roads that may cross riverbeds, where you may drive through loose sand and could risk getting stuck - but these are very few and far between, and can by avoided without much compromise in your journey at all. You will definitely be able to drive through the vast majority of the national park, without a jeep. Have fun.
