I dont get pimples. Wavers get pimples from using too much products like pomade and when they sweat it gets on their 4head. Or tbeyre not changing durags daily. Washing your face properly 2 to 3 times a day prevents all that

If its too short, u cant do much until it grows to curl length. At that point start brushing with the firmest brush u can stand without hurting yoyr scalp and get to work.
