[UNCENSORED] Phil Hellmuth STORMS OFF THE SET Losing $286,000 Pot
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 8 май 2024
- In this explosive hand from Live At The Bike, Phill Hellmuth suffers a brutal cooler in a $100/200 No Limit hold'em cash game. He's got pocket kings in a 4-bet pot, but his opponent flops the nut flush. You just hate to see it in a high stakes poker game. But wait for Phil's reaction when he gets the bad news.

Robbie needling Phil is classic. He should have said " Thanks, whoever you are." and left it at that lol
That’s way too funny for Phil to say 😂
It really is a nasty thing to needle someone after they lose $150K.
@@SethCorbinMusic Phil is a public figure; I think he can manage.
She did it with 259k loss and then handed it back to show how little she cared?
@@SethCorbinMusici think Helmuth does worse things than that on a regular basis so yeah, could call it karma
I don't have the endorphin receptors for the obscene amount of Doug we've been getting
😂😂😂
We’ve been truly spoiled of late.
i can stake you but i need 40% of all your enjoyment back in return
@@Way2fast4u82 hes cringe tbh can only stand him occasionally when he has some odd good points
Stupid take to not re raise pre flop tbh i thought doug is supposed to be a good pro?
For a guy that's been playing for 30+ years professionally, this is a pretty un-remarkable hand to get steamed over, Phil. This happens too often to both ignore the four flush and then be mad you were behind on every street. He acts like preflop is the only action that matters.
Yeah he chased the whole way and paid it off. He's been making money his whole life from players doing that to him and laughing at them. But when he does it it was an act of genious
He has played 30 years but he almost never playing in a game this big. This is definitely the deepest I've ever seen him playing, and he has always sucked in deep stack format.
The kicker was that Hicks played it absolutely straight and Phil still blew off a massive amount of chips.
@@2011blueman As Negreanu always said, Phil is a weak cash player.
It feels like a brain lapse or age effecting his brain... early onset dementia/alzheimers for phil? 😂
' a seasoned... veteran move...' 🤣💀
yes i erupted laughing on the train!🤣
Polk took the L on the berkey airball situation. He's gonna have fun with it the only way he can.
@@BanditTheBandito uhh not really. Nik Airball and Berkey both kinda douchy. I don’t see an “L” there.
Mad Genius: “ I was drinking wine the entire time. Everyone saw me.”
Doug, deadpan: “I believe it”.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
6:18 "Helmuth is getting chopped down like a tree in the olden days"
Jaffe is a genius 🤣
🤣
Robbie's dig was 10/10
yep, well played.
I was annoyed by the whole "maybe-cheating-probably" situation. But now I like her!
Perfect dig.
Probably had someone in her ear giving her 1 liners
@@stevenwalker9013 Hah, nice.
I love that Phil, knowing the hand is going to be all over the internet, lies "If I can't trap the crazy guy with AK vs AA's" like he's looking for someone to feel bad for him lol. Love the needling from the rest of the players when he left.
Doug..keep the hand analysis coming..always excellent
amazing table talk by phil, "what if i had 2 red Aces" such a smart thing to shout out on that board. Obviously spent a lot of time improving his poker game over the years
Correct, big brain stuff
Legend has it, if it wasn't for "luck" he'd win every hand: 100% of them, every time.
Great content! Good you`re back!
Apparently, in his almost 40-year career, Phil has never had pocket KK cracked.
Nobody takes a loss as good as Phil😂
And he has a top selling book published giving advice on positive mindset & positivity that isn't parody. We live in a simullation.
Honestly the more hands you play, the more you can relate to phil. The difference is most people hold it in, Phil just let's it out. But either way I do understand, poker is bullshit sometimes
@@samcdZX love him or hate him Phil is still highly respected in the poker community, he's won 16 wsop bracelets which is a pretty remarkable feat and alot of big name players regard him as the MTT goat. Whether you find his antics entertaining or take pleasure in his misfortune I think he's a character and I enjoy watching him. He gets alot of hate because of the publicity he gets but he's really not that bad, he's passionate put it that way lol
@@TaipanPete Can't say I agree with most of that, but regardless he has no right in releasing a book called 'positivity' it's pretty fair to say?
@@samcdZX what part don't you agree with? Him having 16 wsop bracelets is a fact and undoubtedly makes him the MTT goat. But yes I would agree he's not the most "positive" person. My point is, although I don't condone his behaviour, I can understand where he's coming from alot of the time, he just let's his emotions get the better of him and let's it all out. I can understand why people dislike him but I think the hate he gets is over exaggerated and mostly comes from new players that see all these videos that are hot in the algorithm. It's just memes. Even hicks said himself he's a big fan of hellmuth and has read his book.
The amount of videos you are dropping is insane and I'm here for all of it. Content is top notch 👌
Teenage girls talk like this. Do better.
@@vygen A thumbs up wasn't enough for me. I appreciate your comment and, obviously, agree with the sentiment.
Taking notes:
- don't talk like girl or big man on internet make fun
Got it. Keep em coming, guys!
@@vygen LOL, what a toddler thing to say.
@@pugsnhogz great comeback. I'm like so here for it!
Didn't we just do a Polker lesson on folding Kings, poor Phil.
Damn. Robbi with the heat. 😂
Best comment ever!
I don’t understand the $25 dollar needle, did Phil forget a 25 chip or did he leave it for the dealer?
8:31 hes scared he doesnt have the nuts 🤣 so true
If I see "Uncensored" and "Phil Hellmuth" together in a video title, I know I will not be disappointed.
Having 3 one of the worst poker personas at 1 table is pretty sick
The classic Phillip Hellmouth preflop smooth call with the cowboys. Marvellous!
Raising with KK here would be an overplay... It's actually a flat
@@GreedRuinsEverything hes better than 99.9% of players in the world. Man’s not a GTO robot and these old school cats who never adapted aren’t winning like they used to. People hate on Phil because his personality is so off putting. For a grown man millionaire, he cries like a toddler pretty often. That’s why people watch him now. Of course he’s a good player. He’s just not winning like he used to, and his tantrums are endlessly entertaining.
Also, SUBSCRIBE.
Calling is the correct play.
@@jluchette He's definitely not better than 99.9% of players. But other than that, I agree.
@@1stFactChecker lmfao, no it's not. All the other guy needed was a diamond or one of the straight cards. His percentage of winning was miserable and he wishes he kept the 50k 😂
"Matt Berkey thinking P. Hellmuth's 10 BB isolation raise is weak decides to 3 bet", haha Doug Black belt of sarcasm.
As Tony.G would say... On your Bike!
"Give me the chips, bring him a million" Tony G vs jungleman
When are these poker streams going to learn how to have good sound mixing so the chip shuffling doesn’t sound like a call of duty machine gun
Great vid as always.
"I quit." 🤣🤣🤣
I've never seen Phil Hellmuth win a hand
That’s why he is the best.
He went all-in with Q7 off preflop and won against 10s or something
You seen him eat a sandwich at a table
best hellmuth hand on loose canon when he runs it 4 times :)
People only upload/watch Phil for his blow ups. And he only blows up when he loses a hand. Pretty simple logic there bud.
eric is hands down my favourite player dude is a legend
Beware the involuntarily trembling hand as it reaches for chips. Phil apparently missed this.
@ approx 9:45
In my opinion and personal experience in live cash games. The involuntary hand tremble is one of the BIGGEST tells. I even catch myself unable to control it when I’m going for value in spots lol
Good eye.
@@mepmep27 Shakes and catches can really be a huge tell.
Keep digging Phil!
nothing like phil getting a little crazy on a hand then steaming at the the result lmaooo
With Doug’s trap, check, check strategy, Eric would have won a $2k pot instead of a nearly $300k pot.
This One Hurts. Lmao That Flop Was BRUTAL !
not really, was easy fold on turn and river
I see Phil Hellmuth in a title, I click.
"Vintage Hellmuth whine..."
Nicely done Doug, nicely done
Only thing missing is some Brie
If you're going to play em scared preflop you gotta be willing to fold em with no draw🤣
I like the pink and the red standing behind Phil. Lol
Doug Polk starts talking equals press fast forward.
He's not stone dead vs the value range. He could have A10 with the Ace of diamonds. That would possibly bet the turn and slow down on the river.
"OK team I need you to find me videos of people folding pocket Kings"
(a few hours later)
"OK Doug we found a bunch, and we found this one hand where Phil doesn't fold pocket Kings but probably should have"
"Yeah...let's hold that one for tomorrow"
@@GreedRuinsEverything pls don't ruin my joke
@@iamamish lmao tell 'em mish
Eric should have said “can you tip the dealer plz, the dealer just gave you a lucky River!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
😅🤣 is the editing team trolling doug ? hahhahaha @1:56
I will never understand Phil. How can he be mad at that hand? Cuz has AK suited, and flops the nuts, what is he supposed to do according to Phil?
i guess hes mad to the world and gods, not player who played the hand. Ofc he should be mad at himself as well as river call was omega terrible (looks like he paid 50k just to see the hand), but his ego is too big cuz hes "the best" and all those internet pio nerds and 25k tourney players just use bad math.
Check it down. Only reasonable thing to do. Lol
Ego
reckon its cause he knew he played it badly!
He thinks he deserves to win the pot cause KK >AK preflop. Doesn’t matter what the runout is he sucks at deep stack poker.
Phil Helmuth, the never ending source of material :D
How come that never gets old 😂😂😂😂
Would've loved to see Tony G. there dropping "on your bike" in the end
This is funny to watch. Good analysis Polk.
Would have loved to see Berkdog flick in the call with the 86dd and get stacked :)
Wow don’t know what he was thinking that flop with no diamonds in your hand and he still went hard at it
The only “mad genius” of poker I’ve heard of is Mike Caro
I don't think Caro would be nearly as good in this poker environment. Caro used to try to stare down amateurs at the table to force them to make tells. I have one of his old videos and that's exactly what he did to elicit tells. In fact, on the video he used to get right into the personal space of the people right next to him and try to make them as nervous as possible.
So you don't understand what death is???
Staff is trained to keep a straight face.
Great content
Your average 1/3 player lays that down on 4 flush board.
@3:01 certainly a good fold from Matt. Somehow I still feel his pain complimenting Berkey
Why would you call on the river???
Also keep up the good work Doug!
just saw this come up on my feed. is Doug back? i thought he retired from poker coverage
WHY WAS HE CALLING THERE LMAO
This is the second time in less than a month Hellmuth has totally misread his hand on stream lmao
It's something players do when they've been embarrassed (I've done it), try and make out your hand was better than it was so the call doesn't sound so bad. Unfortunately for Helmuth AA would have been just as embarrasing anyway and...its on stream haha
@@alexbarber1566 ikr, how could he even have 2 red aces if winner had one of those. xd
@@siilnr1250 wow, you must be a "genius" to figure that out
@@narele25 I am, thanks.
hicks is hilarious lmao
Phil Hellmuth doesn't need Live at the Bike... The bike needs Phil Hellmuth
Honey! He called me with ace king!
Phil didn't watch the "fold the kings" video
Doug your the goat!!! Is there anyway to really talk to you lol thinking about moving to austin won a bunch of money in ohio
“Keep the camera rolling on Phil walking out” 💀
I thought I was bad, Phil, made me looks like. Pro!
Phil's logic is literally "I have the best hand preflop therefore I should win"
I saw this when it first broadcasted. 👍🏼
“Like a tree in the olden days”
Nice way to follow up the "Folding Kings" video i.e., I guess Phil should have folded the Kings!
DID THE EDITING TEAM PUT HIM IN HERE LOL
Betting $20K looks like he is protecting himself against a flush draw.
*He handled it well*
camera guy should have followed him to the parking lot haha
When is Airball v Berks starting back up??
That was his life savings
"Chopped down like a tree in the olden days?" Wtf
Phil just cant catch a break😂😂😂
What do people think about jamming the kings? I know they are super deep, but that seems like a great reason to get it all in as the favorite. Youre likely to be way ahead. Then if you get called and are worried about getting sucked out on, ask to run it twice.
Curious what the other chat pros think about this?
Robbi's comment was amazing
Handled it well
I'll be sure to add 8-6 suited to my 3 bet / fold range
His hand was shaking at that 50 bet on the river, Phil prob thought he didn't have shit lol.
I once looked down at 2 red points drunk and bet like I had AA …, had A4 but pulled a wheel 😂
I wonder what was going through Berkey's head watching this with his folded diamonds?
“Helmuth storming off set” can be found 106 times on RUclips.
I was hoping for more roasting of Berks after seeing the hand, the position, the sizing etc... It was just among the most ridiculous plays I've seen in a while.
So much for the shaking of hands of every player at the table when leaving the table. I never want to hear again that Hellmuth is respectful or polite when he leaves a poker table.
Eric 100 % checked there 😖
I watched at 0.75 speed to savour every second
this happened 2 weeks ago? didnt i see like 10 vids of this already
Doug knows infinitely more about poker than I do, but I just can't agree that a big bet on the river makes any sense when you hold both the ace and king of diamonds. What are you expecting Phil to call a big bet with? Q of diamonds might be the only hand that potentially calls. And even the Q of diamonds might fold to a 100k+ bet. Small bet was perfect.
I wanna play the lodge! Tell us more about the lodge you never talk about it
Was hoping for Ks on the turn or river hehe
the constant noise from the chips is painful
Mad call on the river.
I kinda like seeing Phil blow his boiler and bolt from the table. By the way, was he wearing his wife's glasses?
Going off the way Hellmuth does is a catharsis. The man is always on guard of his greatness, and with that, it's obvious how he might feel that he is a target and under pressure. The Brat can dodge bullets, but the bad beats are common ground😂 Mybe a good shot of tequila or a sedative would help. Like Robi said, when you're in a hole, keep digging. You're either going to strike oil or water 😂
If Hellmuth watched Doug Polk, he'd know to fold KK pre-flop
Robbie is way better at talking shit than she is at cheating, funny stuff
I don’t understand the $25 dollar needle, did Phil forget a 25 chip or did he leave it for the dealer?
4:11 Berkey would have flopped not only a flush, but a straight flush draw
