Nice video! One correction: the black bowl you identified as the factory fuel shut off is actually the fuel sediment bowl. The factory fuel shut off valve is on the inside under the fuel tank.

I didn't see a sediment bowl, it may have been removed

Those old cars are a lot of fun. I've got a '28 Phaeton. Drive it often and it'll get better and better. Have fun and good luck.

They sure are. Something to be said about the simple things in life.

That autolite heater cover is not made for that manifold. Auotlite made an exhaust manifold that had a extension above the tubes that piece fit on. It was a what they called a waffle. I think. I could be wring on the name. I have the exhaust manifold on my Model A, but I don't have the cover for it.

We where wondering that because it doesn’t fit worth a damn haha. Thanks for the info!

You have no shocks on it.

I don’t recall seeing any either to tell you the truth. Do these have friction shocks? I am by no means a Model A expert

Model A’s have houdaille shocks instead of tubular shocks. They’re oil-filled, about 4” in diameter and 2” thick, bolted to the frame and attached to the suspension with a shock link. This car is missing its shocks.
