    I've ordered the RF 15-35mm f2.8 L and would like to use the NiSi (either 100mm or 150mm)square system. What do I all need? I tried your USA link and it's broke. Looked on the Australia link, but didn't see a kit for the RF 15-35??

      I recommend the 100mm system for the RF 15-35. Give this link a try: nisiopticsusa.com/ref/ryan1/

    Super super helpful and informative video. Thank you. I have the 15-35 and I’ve been told it’s really recommended. Researching for the best ones to get. These seem excellent. I think for my work I would only need the circular ones. Thank you 🙏📸🎥

    I use the Nisi screw in Filters on my Nikon Mirrorless 82 mm thread lenses..14-30 f4 and 24-70 f2.8 S lenses..Natural Night Filter , Poloriser landscape version and 6 and 10 stop ND but I have been advised dont use the grad glass filters ..better to use the grad function in P Shop/Light room which I must still learn ..Will also save you a fortune at buying time and screw in are portable and quick

      Glad you enjoy using the circular filters. With glass grad filters, I guess it's personal preference as to whether or not you want to use them as it saves time in post-processing and will make you slow down and think a bit more when shooting with filters on. There are always arguments both ways. Like I said, personal preference.

    Do you find any, even a little Vignetting with setup in your video at 15mm ? ( nisi switch / v6 + CPL + grad 100mm + nd 100mm ) with canon rf 15-35 f2.8 L is in R body.

      Hey Yohanes, I just put the CPL with switch + grad + square ND on my 15-35 with R5 body and couldn't see any visible issues at the 15mm end. If there was any vignetting, I didn't see it. Hope that answers your question.

    I’m looking for something for my rf 28-70 f2,
    Any recommendations for that lens specifically

    • @OrionMediaGroup
      @OrionMediaGroup  4 года назад +1

      For that lens, it has a 95mm filter thread size which is pretty big. There is an adapter that will let you use the 100mm system on that lens but it doesn't let you use the CPL at the same time, just the filter holder with filters. There are also a range of 95mm screw-on circular filters that work for 95mm filter thread sizes.

    so annoying that canon came up with the drop-in filter system for rf mount lenses (via adapter) yet no such thing for the new rf mount. I realise there just isn't enough space for a filter between an rf lens and an rf body but still it's annoying as hell.

      The drop in filter in the adapter was a smart idea, but does leave purely RF lens shooters with the disadvantage.
