I did not see the spinning white dots underneath, and sometime I see 1 or 2 dots, but they are not moving. I never get to see the next screen about you choosing language, etc. I've waited for hours just to see if it goes thru, but It doesn't. I am using Acer Spin14 (CP514-1H) which is not very powerful, but I just want to try it. How should I get past the windows logo screen to the rest of the installation? Thanks!

did you use the 64 bit download I found out that the 64 bit has everything needed for the iso to work the the 32 bit download iso if you look back it says windows 10 at the bottom where the check mark is at so you need to 64 bit download when you open the 32 bit download of windows 10 it has only one file in the 32 bit download it need all the stuff for it to work im just using a 2017 lenovo n23 school chromebook this chromebook does not take updates the last update was a year ago it can't play roblox with out lagging and it has 3 gb of ram less storage then the new chromebooks but it the only chromebook i have my family is poor so I bought this for 20$ I guess.

I would check the video for that particular part. If you are following the video correctly and not missing any steps, then it may be an issue with your OS file.
I had the same issue, I saw online to add some few line of messages to the Linux command notes to disable namespaces which worked for me. Just set 'namespaces=[]' in /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf
The only error I come up against is the error shown in the video. I can't help with errors I did not have. However, if you turn your Chromebook off and on again and try it again and see if that works. If it does not you'll have to do some research on Google.
I reinstalled because I wanted to use Windows 10 Pro rather than home. The second time around I noticed an issue. The best thing to do is to use nano to edit the file, and make sure you save it before exiting the text editor. Close down the KVM installer and start from the beginning. If that doesn't work do a system restart and run KVM again, which should work fine.
Just in case anyone is considering this. It's worth remembering Tiny 11 is not created or supported by Microsoft. Therefore, I would personally not recommend this method.

Audio sounds highly compressed. It affects the intelligibility of the speech, even for a native English speaker's ears. You may have a low bandwidth codec selected on your video editor and not realize it. Or your capture software is using a similar low data rate codec.
I'm having issues with my Rode mic, which offers excellent sound quality, so I'm having to use my Sony Mic. I love Sony in general but the mic isn't really for this situation. I'm hoping to sort out my Rode mic issue, but it's a work in progress.

Make sure you're using the correct name. If it still isn't working have you tried to install Windows? The file may show as blank until you have at least tried to install it.
The video zooms in for the command needed to install the virtual machine. If you're referring to download link for Windows. Best just to type Microsoft Windows 10 download into Google and choose the result for the Microsoft site.

I don't think you'll be able to. If it's hanging on the install sounds like it isn't going to work on your Chromebook.

Finally with Windows 10 pro instead of Windows 10 home, no more boot loop👍😅
Windows 10 pro is a better option because it also makes it easier for permissions if you ever need to use them.

The internet speed within side the windows virtual machine is much slower than your normal internet speed.

You need to check the text is inserted at the bottom of the file using nano. Also a system restart might be needed.

If you follow the video exactly you should have no issues. Try restarting your Chromebook and opening the file again. Hope you get it working for you.

Simply put any files in the Linux Files location.

I HAVE AMD LESS GOOOO
MediaTek SoCs are based on the ARM architecture and tend to not be that powerful, so virtualizing Windows require x86 emulation

The best thing to do is to try it. If your Chromebook supports KVM you should see slightly better results.

Yea, iIf you use this method you will still have ChromeOS as your default OS. Windows runs inside a virtual machine.

Restart your Chromebook and run it again without changing any files and it should work.

My nano file is blank, what do?
Make sure you're using the correct name. If it still isn't working have you tried to install Windows? The file may show as blank until you have at least tried to install it.
If still not showing do a restart. I had a blank file and it was doing one of what I've mentioned that made it appear.
