Since people are asking already (and I’m sure many more will still) I live 15 minutes from here and have talked to the owners. All the fans will be kept and relocated to the new building.
I've visited the location with my special-needs brother two times earlier this year after having lunch at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. I'm very disgruntled about Meijer developers wanting to eliminate the area for another BS Meijer store. This place is like a true heaven for noy just video games but for antique ceiling fans as well. Oh, and this was from Farmington Hills, which is located next to West Bloomfield city limits. I also recorded all ceiling fans there as well, including the 2-bladed Westinghouse top mounted ceiling fan. One last thing before I forget, the planes you see atop the ceiling are coin-operated. It only uses one quarter to run them for a while.
This was the my favorite place to go to when i was little .

Yes, we show that in the video! It uses two quarters now.
Do you know if they're taking the fans with them to the new location or are the selling them?
They’re being kept.
