I just noticed something you do but dont talk about which is really cool - the down strum on 1+ and 3+ is just a touch, not a full strum so that the accent is on 1 & 3. Very cool Mr Carter
This guy rocks! have had my uke for all of 1 week. And am not musically inclined. Within a few hours, he had me strumming this beautifully nuanced version of this gorgeous song. And he used grace notes, which gave it so much soul.

Thanks for the tutorial. Unfortunately I'm struggling with "your" Fsus2 (2030) chord. As it doesn't sound good to me I was looking around and see it everywhere played 0013 - or does "your" chord simply has another name? Just a newbies question, though.

Oh, and I like that cool hammer-on on the Bb chord. Something new to try.
