In this past year I have been a saver and payoff all of my student loans and credit cards and created a emergency fund as well. However I know I can tend to spend money on my house or my car
I have been a spender, but as I realize do many of those things aren't good for me and haven't been good for me, I am becoming a saver. Both for myself and my health.

So many confuse happiness for 5 mins with happiness for a lifetime. That 10/mo subscription, the extra coffee, the "other thing", all add up and over 10 years becomes enormous. So many don't get into debt on purpose and have every intention of paying it off but it is truly debt by a thousand swipes. Think big out there!
I find myself so caught up in bills, letting them define my mood and how the rest of my week and possibly month will go. The remaining probation money for my bf is due or he goes to jail, my car is due, both of our phones, and I just paid car insurance. Why do we let bills and the struggle that comes with it define everything in our life? Thank you God for the people you have blessed me with. Thank you for the things you have blessed me with that I take for granted every day.

I am glad I came about this talk. I have put too much value in what I have instead of who I am. At 67, when I heard you say that it was a moment of clarity. How would of not got it sooner. When you get distracted, it throws you off you. What we say brings life or death. I am convinced I will now watch the negative words I say and see the good in everything. Financially, I am on my way to be free from poverty. I am blessed beyond what I deserve. Listen to Ramsey it is a life motivator to always to good everyday.

It's important to study the Word. It was a woman who first preached the gospel to the disciples after the resurrection. John 20:16-18. That's the new testament. God used women as shepherd's in the old testament. Deborah was judge and God used her. Ask God to fill u with His spirit. The letter killeth but the Spirit gives life. So many confuse happiness for 5 mins with happiness for a lifetime. That 10/mo subscription, the extra coffee, the "other thing", all add up and over 10 years becomes enormous. So many don't get into debt on purpose and have every intention of paying it off but it is truly debt by a thousand swipes. Think big out there!

The remaining probation money for my bf is due or he goes to jail, my car is due, both of our phones, and I just paid car insurance. Why do we let bills and the struggle that comes with it define everything in our life? Thank you God for the people you have blessed me with. I am glad I came about this talk. I have put too much value in what I have instead of who I am.
At 67, when I heard you say that it was a moment of clarity. How would of not got it sooner. When you get distracted, it throws you off you.
What we say brings life or death. I am convinced I will now watch the negative words I say and see the good in everything.
Financially, I am on my way to be free from poverty. I am blessed beyond what I deserve.

It's important to study the Word. It was a woman who first preached the gospel to the disciples after the resurrection. John 20:16-18. That's the new testament. Rachael, you are dead on when you say don't let things own you. My brother in law just had to have a swimming pool in his back yard. One day he got that big beautiful dug in pool. A few years went by and he told me he hated that pool and was considered having it filled in with dirt. Constant attention and expense, he wished he wouldn't have ever had it, it owned him...
