This song itself is about separation including by death. This is why the music video is taken in the church. The girl that is dancing is most likely someone has passed away and Kenshi is wearing the heels as a metaphor for not being able to let go. Also in an interview, Yonezu Kenshi said that during the time he was making this song his grandfather passed away. He also said that because of this his view of death clouded which lead to this song being mostly “I am sad because you died” Sorry for my bad English
