Down to earth and encouraging! I am thinking this is definitely achievable to do. A detox to restore the body to good working order! I think you are right with the suggestion to see a naturopath. I too think I may be suffering from a lack of iron. The nausea comment rung a bell in my head! There is definitely an imbalance in my digestive system and it needs a reset.

Can I use garlic powder for spices?
Peanuts were on the list of not to consume?
peanut butter is not ok on a candida diet
My doc said as long as it was organic it was okay!
@@LexElectric Thats false info. peanuts and cashews are moldy nuts
@@NarrowPath_7 Well it worked for me at the time!
@@NarrowPath_7 Valencia peanuts are the exception
@@wingiethewise5058 I've proven otherwise. Maybe for someone who barely has candida.
Where's the rest of the food on the plates though?
I ate as much as I needed to
How did you feel full though? Honestly asking
Quinoa rice is ok?
What naturopath did you see?
the smile at 3:51 ferrrr me hahaha
How about Almonds? Are they a "moldy" nut?
Good question, I would talk to your doctor! I have been told to avoid them because of a sensitivity.
@@LexElectric Doctors don't know - they are not trained in health issues. An ND would be helpful. Never heard of Almonds being threatening.
No. Almond butter works. No sugar added.
I couldn't tell if that was fish or chicken she was cooking. I'm gonna look likee a spinach and eggs
I guess you're supposed to guess the fucking ingredients
