    Since learning that I am vegetarian, a lot of you have been asking for videos on how to become vegetarian, protein for vegetarians, eating out as a vegetarian, etc. So I thought I would create a little vegetarian beginner’s guide to give you the vegetarianism basics!
    I'm going to address all of the above questions + talk about what being vegetarian means, the different steps to becoming vegetarian, how to find vegetarian recipes, vegetarian pantry essentials, as well as common mistakes new vegetarians make!

      I don't believe it is necessarily true! my friend's grandmother has been vegetarian simply because she does not like meat her entire life, and she makes her living at family dollar, and she's very healthy! however, depending on your access to dollar trees, walmarts, aldi's etc it could definitely be harder to source vegetarian meals!

      Being strictly vegetarian can be.* It hard to avoid all meat byproducts if poor. A mostly vegetarian diet will be almost always be cheaper. Alot of people think they have to buy Trader Joe's to be vegetarian.

    I started as a flexitarian, which means you eat vegetarian 3 days per week. That goal was easy to meet, and after a while I moved on to 5 days per week. After getting used to this, it was really to make the transition to being fully vegetarian.

      Hi there,
      If you do not mind me sharing; abstinence (self-control), exercise, fresh air, nutrition, rest, trust in GOD and water are the laws of health, which if adhered to, will help one live longer. Touching on nutrition, i would recommend opting for an organic, well-planned, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (preferably consuming fruits, nuts and vegetables in their raw form so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole-grains which provides mankind with ultimate health and longevity, i believe, based on experience too. If 'properly planned', it provides the human system with the required calcium, carbohydrates, essential vitamins, fats, fibre, minerals, protein and water required to make good blood and enjoy health.
      Moreover, i would also recommend to consume colloidal silver (avoid consuming too much according to gathered information) or colloidal gold if one can (pleade avoid purchasing from other countries as it may deplete in quality during transportation based on gathered information too).
      If you are one that grows indoor plants or would like to, i would recommend to opt for organic, vegan and peat-free compost, as well as the use of organic liquid feed that does not contain sea weed due to radiation in the seas, i believe.       Thanks for telling me what flexitarian meant. I wanted to become vegetarian, but my family told me to eat meat a few days a week. (I'm a teen and they want me to get enough nutrition.)

      Why, please let me know why people are being pressured to go Vegan or vegetarian. Are you having major health problems from eating meat, do you know of any young people who have health problems from meat or died. To me I think it's crazy if you think meat will harm you. Look at all of the old people in this world as in 70, 80, 90-year-olds, the ate meat, they still eat meat. There was no such thing as being a vegetarian or vegan back in that day. I'm 62, I have been eating meat my entire life and I'm fine, no health problems, never been in the hospital for anything. What is all of this about, are you wanting a label, to be part of this club or lifestyle, cult, whatever you want to call it.

      @@stevekirby5546 I personally want to vegetarian to reduce animal suffering and because as I’m eating less meat some of my stomach issues are better. I’ve also cut back on dairy.
      But as for no such thing as veganism years ago, Many Hindus and Buddhists have been vegetarians and vegans for years. Vegetarianism started way longer than 50 years ago and is a part of some cultures in the world.

    I went vegetarian at 18 and vegan at 22. I'm 26 now and love being vegan for ethical reasons first and foremost. I also prefer vegan food and it has improved my health.

      Hi there,
      I do encourage to adopt (even if it means making small changes here and there) a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
      Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.

      If you are one that consume animal products (protein), i would encourage to differ from consuming them as animal protein is the cause of nearly all diseases from gathered information e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis, that are on the rise. Cows milk, for instance, is for calves and not mankind. Furthermore, fish like wild salmon and tuna ought to be avoided due to radiation in the seas (mercury affecting tuna too). Farmed fish too should be avoided as they may lack nutrients e.g farmed salmon may lack Omega 3 Fatty Acids obtained from algae by wild salmon in the seas.

    I went vegetarian in elementary school. Had terrible cravings for meat during the first month, then suddenly my urge was gone for good. Once you go without meat for a long enough time, maybe a year, it starts to smell awful to you and the thought of eating it becomes repulsive on its own. At least, that's how it worked with me.

    I just became vegetarian and this video has been so helpful to me. Thank-you so much. I made vegetarian chili recently and everyone loved it and it was so filling and good. No one missed the meat in fact they liked it better without meat they said it wasn't greasy.

    Great video, Lucie! I'm a vegetarian since the age of 10. Because our school eatery didn't serve meat free meals I had to skip school lunches. I became interested in cooking and with time I became the chef in my family. Thanks to being a vegetarian I discovered numerous delicious foods and meals from all over the world and introduced them to my family. I even created new family traditions when it comes to special holiday meals (Christmas etc.) Funny thing is I've always been anemic as a child. But since the time I became vegetarian the anemia just disappeared. I also became much healthier in general.

      @Ameerah McSweeney The truth is it came naturally with eating much wider variety of foods thanks to becoming vegetarian. I think it's because some vegetables and legumes have iron in them and I eat a lot of those.

      Carnivore diet could for sure prevent heart problems, and heal it! Plants cause all illnesses and cancers that have escalated since the industrial revolution, and they keep increasing! Med school isn’t training doctors on the truth. The body is a whole system, so if one part malfunctions the rest will collapse/ illnesses occur ranging from autoimmune, diseases, cancers. Vegetable oils is a big problem and processed foods, but they are made from plants, and plants in general are naturally toxic and lead to all problems. They don’t want to be eaten! They have natural toxins, are anti nutrient, also block absorption of meat nutrients. All processed foods are made of plants, then there is whole food plants and eating raw or cooked causes illnesses! Plus all plants are processed as sugar by the human body and sugar causes heart issues and everything else people are sick or dying from! High LDL isn’t an issue if it is a healthy LDL. Triglycerides are carbs/ plants. Body doesn’t need them- can run off ketones from meat- the human ancestral way of eating. Carbs make us sick! Diet is all the reason why people are getting sick with heart issues, brain issues, cancers! You may say no way, but stand back and look! People are saying they are eating “healthy” and “balanced” with the recommended veggies, fruits, and very little meat, or no meat at all as told! They exercise too! But illnesses are increase, obesity, heart attacks, brain diseases, cancer keeps rising! It’s the diet that isn’t safe but toxic if including any plants! Everyone is shocked when a loved one has eaten “healthy” like above but then gets diagnosed with cancers, gets super sick, or drops from a sudden heart attack? We ask mistrained doctors why did it happen? They shrug saying we don’t know, maybe eat more plants! But that is false advise and people keep getting more sick! Drop the toxic plants and eat meat- beef is the highest quality! If you say no way and walk away, you may have turned away a change to change the fate of the future for friends, family, yourself- being healthy and avoid all this plant mess! You could save so many and be sick free, living a healthy long life. Humans are meant to live to 120, but diet is preventing it if you include plants! Humans can’t process them since plant cells are built differently than human cells. Why do you think thr body tries to flush them, it isn’t useful. Fiber is a scam, eat fatty meat cuts and drink water and things move along well. Fiber is causing intestinal illnesses too! Large colon isn’t meant to do all that work so often daily! Keep an open mind, and watch the following people below to learn more:

      Dr. Anthony Chaffee-Plants are toxic- (includes all grains, seeds, veggies.) Dr. that took cancer biology and cancer botany when getting degrees to become doctor- plants can cause disease and cancer.
      Dr. Eric Westman- keto diet and heart health- heart runs off fat- ketones - not sugar!
      Thomas Seyfried, Ph.D.- cancer is a metabolic disease! Cancer is caused by sugar! Dr. Berry did interview with him, and Dr. Chaffee! Go watch!

      I, personally, would recommend to opt out of consuming animal products (protein) as animal protein is the cause of nearly all diseases, from gathered information e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis, that are on the rise. Cows milk, for instance, is for calves and not mankind. Furthermore, fish like wild salmon and tuna ought to be avoided due to radiation in the seas (mercury affecting tuna too).       Carnivore diet could for sure prevent heart problems, and heal it! Plants cause all illnesses and cancers that have escalated since the industrial revolution, and they keep increasing! Med school isn’t training doctors on the truth. The body is a whole system, so if one part malfunctions the rest will collapse/ illnesses occur ranging from autoimmune, diseases, cancers. Vegetable oils is a big problem and processed foods, but they are made from plants, and plants in general are naturally toxic and lead to all problems. They don’t want to be eaten!     I’m almost 28, and I’ve been vegetarian for 15 years now!!! I was vegan for 3 years but had trouble maintaining it. While I feel the guilt of still using animal products, I feel my diet and lifestyle is very balanced this way. But trying to be better each day ❤🌱

      Vegans/ vegetarians are killing more living creatures - trillions- in the same amount of space as one cow! With them spraying pesticides, the creatures are also bring crushed in farming equipment! So vegans/ vegetarians are killing more living creatures than carnivores! And vegans/ vegetarians are ruining the Earth’s soils with the mass production of toxic plants! Humans are sick from plant natural toxins! Plants do not want to be eaten! So they defend themselves with natural toxins that are causing humans to get illnesses, diseases, and cancers!

    It was extremely easy for me to go vegetarian. I wonder if it is genetic to some degree. I like eating vegan, but due to my circumstances it is difficult to avoid all foods that have some dairy or egg in them.

      Hi there,
      I would recommend to avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.
      I, personally, would also recommend to opt out of consuming animal products (protein) as animal protein is the cause of nearly all diseases, from gathered information e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis, that are on the rise. Cows milk, for instance, is for calves and not mankind. Furthermore, fish like wild salmon and tuna ought to be avoided due to radiation in the seas (mercury affecting tuna too). Farmed fish too should be avoided as they may lack nutrients e.g farmed salmon may lack Omega 3 Fatty Acids obtained from algae by wild salmon in the seas.
      I do encourage to adopt (even if it means making small changes here and there) a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity.       @@LookUpwards I haven't drunk dairy milk in about 15 years or so. Some of the plant based milks I like are soy, almond, and oat. Are those healthy? What about DHA and EPA? I read that the body can make DHA from ALA, but not efficiently.

      Apologies for my delayed response and it is good to hear you have not consumed dairy in that time scale. Some concerns i came across the products mentioned are added ingredients e.g sea salt, which i currently avoid as i believe it might be contaminated with radiation in the seas (produced by evaporating sea water and leaving salts behind and thus increasing the chances of contamination, i believe); as well as water used may contain artificially added flouride (can have negative effects on the brain) and so i decided not continue with using such. If you opt for, for instance, organic oat flakes for breakfast, it can become creamy (milky) or opt for 100% organic powder forms e.g coconut milk powder, an alternative.
      As for ALA conversion, i do not believe that the human system is incapable of efficiently converting it, unless probably under certain circumstances e.g a badly planned plant-based diet or genetic problems etc. Infact, this reminds me of the claims regarding the process of conversion to make Vitamin A when one consumes Carrots to be 'less efficiently converted'. I believe the diet shared is the best to fuel our human systems.

      Carnivore diet could for sure prevent heart problems, and heal it! Plants cause all illnesses and cancers that have escalated since the industrial revolution, and they keep increasing!       Vegans/ vegetarians are killing more living creatures - trillions- in the same amount of space as one cow! With them spraying pesticides, the creatures are also bring crushed in farming equipment! So vegans/ vegetarians are killing more living creatures than carnivores!     I grew up eating meat and loving it! I still do in terms of the taste and since I’m used to it. I’ve been told I should go vegetarian for health reasons such as my eczema , but I could never do it since my family always ate meat and I was a meat lover. But these days, as I’m growing older, I feel guilty eating meat. I know me not eating meat won’t help animals being killed but I wanna save at least some. I won’t school others on what to do but wanna change myself because i can’t eat meat anymore in a way I used to love .

      Vegans/ vegetarians are killing more living creatures - trillions- in the same amount of space as one cow! With them spraying pesticides, the creatures are also bring crushed in farming equipment! So vegans/ vegetarians are killing more living creatures than carnivores! And vegans/ vegetarians are ruining the Earth’s soils with the mass production of toxic plants! Humans are sick from plant natural toxins! Plants do not want to be eaten! So they defend themselves with natural toxins that are causing humans to get illnesses, diseases, and cancers!
      Vegans/ vegetarians have decided that a cow’s life is more important than smaller creatures which is terrible, judging a living thing and deciding which species is more important than larger ones. Terrible.

    Tysm for this! I’m very new to vegetarianism, I started on August 27th and so far it’s been alright. The only difficult thing is that I’m 15 and don’t have a source of income yet so I can’t buy my own vegetarian friendly foods and when my mom makes dinner she adds meat so I haven’t been getting enough food, although she’s supportive of me being vegetarian and hopefully today or soon we’re going grocery shopping and I’ll be able to get some vegetarian friendly snacks and foods. :) Honestly I don’t really like meat that much besides like very processed meat like from fast food so switching to a no meat diet hasn’t been hard in the sense of craving meat.

      hey im sorry but if your parents arent making vegetarian meals that meet your nutritional requirements you have to stop this diet, at least until you can source your own food. it sucks but this is seriously unhealthy especially since youre still a developing kid. ive personally known people who tried to go vegetarian as kids in non vegetarian households and they ended up suffering from malnutrition really badly. &just me personally ive experienced malnutrition before for different reasons and it is a horrible state to be in. sorry to be a bummer but yeah please put your health before anything else ):

    Thing is one cannot get Certain vitamins such as B-12 from a Vegan diet.The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics warns of the risk of vitamin B12 deficiencies in vegetarians and vegans. Vitamin B12 is found naturally only in animal products. A lack of vitamin B12 can lead to anemia and blindness. It can also cause muscle weakness, tingling, and numbness.

    For me I just have this sense I need to go vegetarian, I'm doing it for as much of a ethical reason as I can. I just started to feel like this sense of guilt eating poor animals. It sucks how the world is to animals. And doing my small part I hope helps !

    I use to eat meats and such before my parents found out the government would do crazy things to meat products and such. Now we’ve became vegetarians, but I feel like they don’t know vegetarian the right way (planning and eating proper Whole Foods). So I’m taking the opportunity to help guide them, myself.     i am 13. my family became vegetarian when I was 7 and I was vegetarian (up until I was 10) and so did my family as well. i wasn’t vegetarian for three years until i started thinking about being vegetarian again. In June, I got chick fill a one last time. I’ve now been vegetarian for almost five months and hopefully more to come. i did it for my love for animals, and I feel so bad for the animals.

Plants cause all illnesses and cancers that have escalated since the industrial revolution, and they keep increasing! Med school isn’t training doctors on the truth. With them spraying pesticides, the creatures are also bring crushed in farming equipment! So vegans/ vegetarians are killing more living creatures than carnivores!       Cells need glucose for energy production thus eating organic fruits is good for the body.
      I, personally, would recommend to opt out of consuming animal products (protein) as animal protein is the cause of nearly all diseases, from gathered information e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis, that are on the rise. Cows milk, for instance, is for calves and not mankind. Furthermore, fish like wild salmon and tuna ought to be avoided due to radiation in the seas (mercury affecting tuna too). Farmed fish too should be avoided as they may lack nutrients e.g farmed salmon may lack Omega 3 Fatty Acids obtained from algae by wild salmon in the seas.
      I do encourage to adopt (even if it means making small changes here and there) a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
      Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.

      Fruits contain fructose which is from the Monosaccharide group & an entirely different sugar than sucrose which is harvested from sugar cane & beet & found in various cookies & other candy.
      Or did you seriously think that the Sugar Fairy comes by every night at 3 am & injects every piece of fruit with a syringe full of refined white sugar?

    The reason I became a Vegetarian in the summer of 78, has absolutely nothing to do with health reasons. Saturday I went to a wedding reception where I gorged myself on Roast Beef. The next day I was driving in the country, and I stopped along the road to watch a herd of Cows grazing. One Cow came up to me, so I rubbed her muzzle and looked into these huge saucer shaped brown eyes. I could see my reflection in her eyes. Suddenly I blurted, “I can’t eat you anymore”. I never again ate any animals. Not for my health, but for the health of the animals. Today for lunch I’m having white rice, with spiced Tofu Cubes and a banana for dessert. (All Organic) For dinner I’m eating an Amy’s Organic California Veggie Burger (Vegan) and Organic Potatoes.

      I do encourage to adopt (even if it means making small changes here and there) a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
      Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.

    I’ve been thinking about going vegetarian or pescatarian for a long time. Mainly for both allergen and ethical reasons.
    I think the only thing that is scaring me away is that I am allergic to a lot of vegetarian/vegan substitutes like soy and peanuts. I can’t have dairy either so it’s a hard transition.

    One of my friends told me the other day im just being over acting because I'm a vegetarian. I'm outcast 😒 Well to I don't care what they say as long as I'm eating healthy. So far I don't have cholesterol, BP, and sugar issue at all and I'm already on my 40's. . everyone has different eating lifestyle anyway 😉

    I’m a 14 year old who has been thinking about going vegetarian for roughly 2-3 years now. This is the second time that I’ve started to research it in depth. All the pros and cons, how it would affect my family’s meal decisions, and just generally what it would include. If you have any specific advice for me, please comment on my comment. My parents have said they thought I would be vegetarian ever since I was little. I think it would definitely take a toll on my family. I’m not sure how though. We eat meat every day with supper, and most of the time with lunch. Very rarely we eat it with breakfast though. Any advice?

      It may be more difficult at your age as I am guessing your parents cook for you? Maybe at weekends you could try making some vegetarian dishes for yourself? It would be good for you to beginning learn to cook for yourself if you don't already. Good luck 😊

    Unfortunately most of vegetarian foods are high in carbs and, being a type two diabetic, these foods shoot my blood sugar up very high. There are many meatless meals or dishes that I love, but they’re a no go for me. A low carb diet keeps my blood sugar down. Loved watching your video anyway.

    I'm what I like to call almost vegetarian. I eat no meat. But I do use chicken/beef bones my family would just throw away to make stock. I consider it more eco friendly than just letting them be thrown away without being used to their fullest extent.

    I’d like to try to become a healthy vegetarian, I’m middle aged and overweight. My only caveat is in the summer we go camping a lot and hot dogs and cheeseburgers are a camping staple. So I’m thinking maybe I’ll eat vegetarian Mon-fri and eat meat just on weekends. I can’t think of much that would be easy to cook while camping that’s vegetarian.

      i think U could start by suggesting the idea of having one vegetarian day per week, like every tuesday or something. and show them vegetarian recipes that you like & that arent super expensive to make. if you can convince your family to try eating really good plant based meals theyll be more open to the idea

      Carnivore diet is a human ancestral way of eating! It is not a fad!

      Carnivore diet could for sure prevent heart problems, and heal it! Plants cause all illnesses and cancers that have escalated since the industrial revolution, and they keep increasing! Med school isn’t training doctors on the truth. The body is a whole system, so if one part malfunctions the rest will collapse/ illnesses occur ranging from autoimmune, diseases, cancers. Vegetable oils is a big problem and processed foods, but they are made from plants, and plants in general are naturally toxic and lead to all problems. They don’t want to be eaten! They have natural toxins, are anti nutrient, also block absorption of meat nutrients. All processed foods are made of plants, then there is whole food plants and eating raw or cooked causes illnesses! Plus all plants are processed as sugar by the human body and sugar causes heart issues and everything else people are sick or dying from! High LDL isn’t an issue if it is a healthy LDL. Triglycerides are carbs/ plants. Body doesn’t need them- can run off ketones from meat- the human ancestral way of eating. Carbs make us sick! Diet is all the reason why people are getting sick with heart issues, brain issues, cancers! You may say no way, but stand back and look! People are saying they are eating “healthy” and “balanced” with the recommended veggies, fruits, and very little meat, or no meat at all as told! They exercise too! But illnesses are increase, obesity, heart attacks, brain diseases, cancer keeps rising! It’s the diet that isn’t safe but toxic if including any plants! Everyone is shocked when a loved one has eaten “healthy” like above but then gets diagnosed with cancers, gets super sick, or drops from a sudden heart attack? We ask mistrained doctors why did it happen? They shrug saying we don’t know, maybe eat more plants! But that is false advise and people keep getting more sick! Drop the toxic plants and eat meat- beef is the highest quality! If you say no way and walk away, you may have turned away a change to change the fate of the future for friends, family, yourself- being healthy and avoid all this plant mess! You could save so many and be sick free, living a healthy long life. Humans are meant to live to 120, but diet is preventing it if you include plants! Humans can’t process them since plant cells are built differently than human cells. Why do you think thr body tries to flush them, it isn’t useful.     I think I'm slowly drifting to vegetarian. I'm a semi driver and I see so many cows. And it is slowly eating at me that I don't want cows to die. It's sad.

    idk what to call what state i am tbh i'm fond of vegetable and tend to eat it more / prefer in my meal but then we're not that rich for me to just stock veggies when we ran out of it which results to just eating what's in the dining table bc i'll starve if i don't.

    I am allergic to dairy...so I guess it's "vegan" for me...but I do eat a little organic/grass fed meat because I do not love beans and need the protein, otherwise I feel dizzy, weak, and overall not great.

      Hi there,
      You are not missing out on anything good by not consuming dairy e.g milk is for calves and may contain puss and blood, which i do not recommend consuming. I believe you may have been experiencing weakness etc because of a lack of iron, that can be corrected by consuming organic beets. As for protein, it is exaggerated, i believe, as the body needs more starchy carbohydrates than protein. There are other sources e.g nuts, that are high in it, if you can eat those as i ,personally, would recommend to opt out of consuming animal products (protein) as animal protein is the cause of nearly all diseases, from gathered information e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis, that are on the rise. Furthermore, fish like wild salmon and tuna ought to be avoided due to radiation in the seas (mercury affecting tuna too). Farmed fish too should be avoided as they may lack nutrients e.g farmed salmon may lack Omega 3 Fatty Acids obtained from algae by wild salmon in the seas.
      I do encourage to adopt (even if it means making small changes here and there) a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
      Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.
