Welcome to Kagyu Samye Dzong London

This is a video shot at Kagyu Samye Dzong London during the course of last summer. The video gives a taste of what life is like inside the centre.
On show are our Yoga studios, Therapy room (which can be hired) and Tea Room. A lovely montage of Shrine room activities are also included with a lovely guest appearance by Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche during his last visit here.
