If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

...Actually used to fish the Devil's river when I was a kid. This was before they built Amistad. The area where we fished had huge caves with Indian paintings inside. Each evening the bats put on a great show as they flocked out of the caves to go hunt. We did more fishing for catfish than anything. Even at 5 years old, the catfish were often longer than I was tall. I remember running from one side of the river to the other, jumping the dark crevices...Deep, deep, trenches. When you'd miss and hit one, you'd sink way out of sight and pop up 40 feet down river. I don't know how my mother kept from having a heart attack. That whole area is about 100 feet under the lake surface now.

The cinematography is outstanding - even if the drone footage is a little overutilized - You need to put the entire series together and get some major sponsorship from Discovery Channel - similar to Dark Waters or Expedition Unknown

This was the best video of the trip so far. Editing was dope. Lots of great shots!! Super jealous of those yaks too. Falls were moving a lot faster than when I was there few years ago. We actually put in on the left of the falls and I had to swim a bit. I don’t even remember that second set of rapids. You definitely had better gear than me bc I lost so many fish to the rocks. Such a beautiful place...always have to remember that basically all the land around you is owned by a Texan trying to protect his/her land.
