As a starting point, you can try holding it down for each bar - release it at the end of each bar, and push it down together with the new bass note. Usually you can hold it down until the next harmony change, or until the sound gets too „muddy“. Take your time to experiment with it, and you’ll learn to trust your ears!
4:04 best part!!! Hello, mr Montechait, I've tried to add my versions of metallica's sheet music to my gta-videos, but got unreasonable Content ID claims copyright. It claims that these are concert records, although I have neither a bass nor even drums, but sax sheets only! Have you ever got any copyright issues? If so, then you won the dispute? How do you cope with the like? Thank you. Sorry to bother, sincerely GTA Heavy Impact.
When you upload a cover of a copyrighted song (such as Metallica), usually there will be a copyright claim. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, in most cases, the copyright holder will even allow revenue sharing (in case your channel is monetized). If there is an unreasonable claim (sometimes one of my videos gets misidentified as an existing recording), you can dispute it - usually it will be resolved in 2-3 weeks. Hope this helps!
@@Montechait Thanks for the reply! Can I clarify, I can only dispute the published video? E.g. if I upload a Christmas video now and it will be private until December, and the Content ID claim will be immediately, should I dispute it right now or wait for the release date?
it's nice and i liked it a lot, but unfortunately this is the standard you're up against on this cover: ruclips.net/video/ZbS_Ihtfa18/видео.htmlsi=71yf3gg9EimjocHt

It's very nice, I'm trying to learn your version! Could you perhaps learn One by Metallica? ❤️

I'd like to try to learn this but how can I know when to hold the sustain pedal?
