Sorry, this Harrier is not a Hen. The male has this plumage while the hen is much darker and with a white band across her upper tail.

Thanks for your comment, but I'm afraid to say that this is a female Hen Harrier. Clearly visible is the white ring at the rear of rump. It was actually flying along side the male Hen Harrier, out of shot, which is grey with black wing tips.
