First of All Auto Trend appreciate the detailed video. I am getting this beauty tomorrow.22/12/2020. XT + Dark edition. When i first test drove i had the automatic version, never test drove the Manual version. Based on my experience with Automatic i booked the XT + Dark edition and only the day before the registration i had a chance to drive the manual version and i was super happy with the way it drove. So far i had 3 cars from TATA vehicles Sierra since 94 ( Still have it) Manza and now the Harrier. Never had any complaint with any of them. The detailed review from Auto Trend exactly showed what we get. Thanks once again in helping me decided .

You did a better job than those over rated channels. Really detailed and informative.
Especially: focusing on the non- leather seat upholstery, presence of manually dimming IRVM, the impracticality of sun roof in a polluted or sunny city. These are the highlights of XT. I wonder how others can miss out on reviewing these.
Also, if I am not wrong, you forgot to mention about absence of Hill Descent Control in XT/ XT+.
Please mention if we can upgrade the XT to include: rear fog lamps, Hill Descent Control, Xenon HID head lamps or leather upholstery. (From showroom without voiding warranty). Please mention the cost of each if possible.
Its funny when most of the ppl complain that this car doesn't have a 4*4 when more than 90% never use it😁.....moreover that will increase the price tag as well.....maybe as an option if it is available in future that's something good......but 2l engine is more than enough to pull over any normal surface.... having driven the 2020 thar 2.2l here in hilly areas 4*4 option was hardly used cause its normal power is more than enough....

Yes xt+ gets sunroof and it’s a luxury want feature but still xt+ misses out of the premium appeal of the harrier , I will still go for xz as for 50,000 extra xz provides 6 airbags , 8.8 inch bigger touchscreen , hill descent , multi terrain modes , 7 inch part digital display which is one of the best highlights of harrier , bi xenon hid lamps , nappa grain brown leather upholstery just bring in the premium quotient that xt+ doesn’t offer at all except for the panaromic sunroof

But you need to pay 22.80 for sunroof and these premium features which would cost 4 lakhs more.. I am going for xt + dark.. I can fit HID headlamps outdoors in future if i think needed.. Again i am gonna fit my ipad in magnet ports on the infotainment.. So who cares for the screen size.. 2 airbags are enough for my type of driving.. Even 6 airbags cant protect you if its not your day.. Again i can manage with manual transmission as its the classic and more manly...
@@RockinRaag yes I get your point I guess xt+ dark is 17.30 ex showroom I guess , I will give you a better suggestion spend extra 45,000 and go for hector sharp diesel and get much more than xt+ in term s of not only features but also services , ease of ownership , warranty etc

One more thing i wanna add is that now harrier is also value for money variant too.... because of reasonable discount given on harrier now mid variant of harrier xt plus costs 18.20 on road price in Punjab which is having massive panaromic sunroof too along with three driving modes.....where as super deisel variant of mg hector which is second model of mg hector costs 17.60 lakhs in Punjab.....so harrier is the best choice because safety wise,build quality wise harrier is much way ahead then hector 👍👍

Bought XZA DT and done 2k, overall perfect vehicle , performance and look is great.. Getting average around 13 km/l mileage hope it will improve on long trips..

@@rishikausshik00 In this case, keyless entry (request sensors present on door handles) is present. However, it's not necessary all cars must have keyless entry as the push button start is available. For eg, Ford FreeStyle has push button start but not smart key access while EcoSport has both. The 1st gen Audi Q3 and 4th gen A4 had smart key access, for their Indian models, but not push button start. Again, the current gen BMW 3 Series has push button start while 5 Series has both, the button and sensors.
If this gets 4x4 ..then it would slay all other SUVs in this segment!!

We have harrier bs4 xz at home, i live in hilly region, i've been to roads where those creta/seltos/hector wont pass through and i repeat won't pass through, trust me, i have gone fishing, road adventure, i've climbed jungle roads with loose rocks and no tarmac via rough road mode, it climb like a mofo suv in low range mode, even when flooring the accelerator, it goes smoothly like in low range mode, the moment i hit the other modes, it respond accordingly, there's no way a normal car can offroad like harrier, the offroad abs too helped a lot, fyi, that TRS is not a gimmick, it's real and it comes straight from LR disco sport, thats why it's costly, plus the power is a hell more than those cheap hatchback cars creta/seltos, it is a capable platform too, and i said decent offroading, ofcourse it's not a hardcore offroader like thar/safari storme, just take a test drive of this new bs6 harrier, you will forget that creta/seltos even exist.

Harrier is a bigger car and bigger engines but seltos and creta's features are way more than harrier..
Tata have not included tpms which is very disaapointing for a car of this price.
Harrier is a big vehicle it cost more to manufacture while Seltos is a vehicle that is similar in size to the Brezza. You are paying almost 7-8lakhs for features that you would rarely use after 1 year. 1000km will be a breeze in Harrier compared with Seltos. Even Endeavor and Kodiaq didn't have performance & many features of Seltos does that make it inferior to Seltos? One day a Venue equivalent will be launched at 20lakhs with thrice the feature of Seltos will you bite. Personally, I'm waiting for 4x4 in Harrier Boss.
Mechanicals, drive and capability matters over features in the long term.
