Would love to see a full video on each, but more so on Synthflow and Vapi as those are the two I am considering, for my Agency. One thing I like is the devs are willing to assist with build/integration at Synthflow into my custom CRM on HL with full Whitelabel. What would be interesting is a deep dive into the actual cost as one user mentioned Vapi being $0.30+ per minute while it says as low as ~$0.10/min on one setup... I do like that Synthflow has a set block of usage minutes such as 6,000 which you can allocate to lower tiers (subaccounts)... Another thing I did like about Synthflow was the ability to even set up a full inbound IVR system with several Voice Assistants (ie; departments) that can route calls and speak to specific topics/features/etc... which you set... Still Playing with Vapi... Ran some numbers... just now. Vapi "may" come in slightly lower monthly around $200 or so less, *BUT* a big question is the "Whitelabel" interface and integration which Synthflow offers me, direct connect inside HL, and dev support... this is important for things like clients ability to customize voice assistant, call delas, IVR and more inside my brand. IDK if Vapi has that at present unless you go to Enterprise level...?

Amazing video dude. I think its clear that Vapi is the most powerful system by far. Would be very interesting to see you working with functions more. Its very complicated to me, specially since vapi is very new and there is not a lot of content on it. Also how would you build a kowledge base like in Voiceflow so you don't have to add all the knowledge into the prompt? Can you give me some insight?

Most of them don't have a dev team, so they love our plug and play solution. Would love to share Clear Talk AI with you, if you ever have interest.
Im thinking of doing this maybe a side business along with inbound and outbound calls, do you really think in your opinion this would be a good idea, i know its jsut starting out
For sure, I'm seeing inbound calls as the best use-case personally.
One thing I haven’t seen explore in any videos yet is how to use these as online calls as opposed to actual phone calls. Eg Arrange an online call (like you do via Zoom). How do these tools compare in that regard?

@Brendan can Vapi and Bland be connected to GHL and in addition to calling can they both do SMS, Appt Booking and Call Transfer like Synthflow? If not, I can see why Synthflow is a bit more expensive, but I'm wondering if there other ai systems you can combine like appointwise
I believe they can but it requires more of a setup process than Synthflow. So if you have the time to invest in building it, can help save costs in the long run.
Bro a vid on how to make vapi automations and integrations would be great. Like go high level zapier. Putting them in websites etc

@Brendan, question for ya. Does Vapi have frontend UI for clients who say want a little more control over their voice AI. I check don't see any, just that it allows for "Whitelabel" and integration, but then assume you need to build out the Frontend...
Vapi is more of a developer platform, you can use Airtable or Google Sheets as a sort of front end however.
@brendanautomation I do love the stuff. I wish there was a frontend we can customize and thus push to end user as well.

Yes, both Synthflow and Vapi allow for this
sir i got a question, how to submite our chatbot project to the client and how to add chatbot on websites.
So Vapi is mostly a developer platform so you'd have to connect it to your own front end for clients to manage, could be as simple as a google sheet that tracks the transcripts.
After watching this video it seems as if out of the three, Vapi come out on top hitting every category either the best or second to the best.
I think you mentioned it in the video but do you prefer Vapi over Synthflow and Bland AI? I am deciding which software to start diving into and would appreciate someone else's opinion.
Yeah Vapi suits my needs more, the function calls are a great feature

Can it be in your own voice
Yes, you can clone your voice on ElevenLabs and use your VoiceID
Most of these platforms won't be around this time next year, they will become obsolete!
