You can send whatever data you would like in a function call during the call.

One part im confused about is when the new hook goes to sales dept to call them, does new call gets started and current one gets dropped.. or it works like a live transfer on the same call?

Hi Brendan, can you please make a detailed video on how to configure a phone number with these software.
