I wish Nate was around. I’m sure they both would laugh at this shit and shake like men now that they have grown. RIP Nate Dogg and much respect to the Dresta both stand up dudes ✊🏾

Once upon a time when rappers who rapped about that life actually lived that life. DPK was always a banger, so was that real brothers album.

The two most underrated rappers in history
A lot of songs Vlad never heard or heard of, but still labels himself a true "hip hop dude" 😂. Anybody who has to Google or RUclips music in the middle of interviews really needs to do their homework before they interview these artists so you'll know what kind of questions to ask instead of always using footage or bringing up conversations of past interviews with other artists as filler.
And least download the discography the week before and listen to that shit haha
I didn't see this comment and I made a statement similar to it. You are correct.
Vlad is such a narcissist lol. Always unwilling to admit when he's wrong.
Demonic Sinn Real talk, he doesn’t even know Eazy E’s song called It’s On.
On god he aint a hip hop head, he didnt even heard dpg killa
This was a really interesting piece to hear - from the infamous Nate Dogg golf club incident to some of the history of Bone. I think Bone's history wouldn't be enough for one 2 hour movie because there's still more stories they haven't even told. When U-Neek got on with them, that was a great matchup when you hear their Creepin On Ah Come Up EP. E 1999 Eternal is a masterpiece with some of the best picked samples for Bone - Chapter 9 and Isley Bros to name a few. Dresta and BG got hella history too. I'd like to see a movie from them as well.
Dresta Tha Gangsta story is needed for sure.. I love BG and all of these LA stories

Faces of death is the name of the album
Bone had an album out called "Faces of Death" prior to signing with Ruthless
Me being an OG I must say I've learned a lot from some of the youngstas out there in today's world. I feel where Dresta is coming from when he says Bone thugs taught him a lot even though he was the big bro Dresta still was humble enough to allow himself to meet the youngstas halfway. That's why me as an OG I fuck with everybody, Black,White,Brown,AsianYoung,Old,etc. You can still keep it gangsta and stay humble...
Did Vlad say he hasn't heard the song "DPG Killa" or was he referring to something else. I remember finding that song about 12 years ago. I'm from the UK and in my city if someone is in to Hip Hop, they know the real, real underground music. I had an acquaintance named Ricky who showed me DPG Killa. I'll never forget listening to that banger.

This cat was talented! That’s around my era but I never followed them & being from Long Beach I was bias. I gotta keep it a Gee! They were more authentic than Daz & Kurupt.
Hasan Bin Hinton UknowhatImSayin?!! I know Daz personally & he never did all that shit he rhymed about. When I first heard Compton City Geez I knew they were the truth but I kept rolling with Daz and Kurupt. Lol.
Hasan Bin Hinton I don’t personally know Kurupt so I can’t speak on him... but as far as the E-Side Of Long Beach! Daz.... Stop it!

I got family from out the Farms, Palmer, Jordon Downs & PJ’s. Despite all that Compton/LB drama back in the day I had no choice but mess w y’all. Peace ✌🏼
Kitchywac Big U said Daz was the real gangsta of the dogg pound
Joe Slatter I didn’t call Daz a Side-busta or a mark. All I’m saying is a majority of his rhymes were fabricated & he really didn’t push any “Crip” line in The City. So outta the 2 or 3 songs .... “What Would U Do?”, “Dre Day” & “Real MF Geez”...
Dresta, Eazy & BG Knoc Out’s song was the realist! No question!! U gotta be from around here (Long Beach, Compton or Watts) to really understand
Remember when detective Vlad didn’t even know about that incident when he interviewed BG that one time, that mean he didn’t watch the beef series. part 1 and part 2 were crazy, obviously when it comes the beef game it gets out of hand but it’s still interesting how that documentary painted the picture from both sides.

I wish Dresta would do another one of these.
Dresta didn’t have his bat?
Someone is lying. About how bone thugs came to eazy e. Bone said they use to call eazy officer everyday and the lady got annoyed and say easy will call them back when he gets in the office. And eazy said I have a show in Cleveland and eazy came outside and saw bone backstage.
Of course that was before The case dresta talking about. Dresta is talking about him actually letting them in to see Eazy after hearing them at Eazy's concert in Cleveland. That's what caused Eazy to Sign them. At first E wasn't taking their phone calls seriously.
Ali Shabazz to add what you’ve said, when Dresta introduced Bone to Eazy backstage Eazy did say something along the lines of “oh, so y’all were the ones who keeps calling and rapping over the phone”. And the rest is history... Dresta is on a whole other level for doing what he did. Much respect to him.
The stories overlap no conflict
@@donaldlawrance840 yes cuz bone thugs never mention dresta. They said eazy e himself came out and talk to them backstage and said you the niggas that rap to me on the phone.
@@TonyMontana-mv9ez no, bone thugs gave dresta props. thats why dresta is on flesh bones first album. and after bone rapped on the phone with eazy, e kinda forgot about them and dresta kept saying whats up with them dudes from cleveland you need to holler at them. and then the rest is basically what people above said the concert shit happened.
I wish BG and Dresta had blown up, one of my favourite rap duos, they shoulda been up there with DPG, Mobb Deep, MOP, CNN etc
