Yes you can. The SMS allows you to manage multiple schools. so you can have different categories of school fees. All you have to do is, login to the appropriate school and do the setup

You need 1 plugin for selling courses and booking lessons for this. But usually these are generally 2 different sites - 1 for selling courses and 2 for booking lessons.

You can disable login after registration. So anyone filling the registration form will not be allowed to log in until the admin approves the log in.
