  • This video details some of the small adjustments that I've made to the ShiftR111 and LETSLA mechanism. I also added a short view of my newly painted slats. This video has some pictures and highlights added compared to the previous video.

So just wanted to say thanks, as your video helped me solve an installation problem I've been wrestling with for the last 2 weekends on my Evora (same color blue as your Elise, btw) Shiftr111 installation. The picture at 5:30 of the screw to adjust the neutral location was most of the answer. On the other side of that hex bolt, under the nut that holds the adjustment bolt you identified, there is another hex cap screw that allows you to adjust the overall angle of the crossgate bar. That was what had been driving me insane for now two weekends. I couldn't get the crossgate cable to adjust to where neutral was 3/4 and still have enough cable extension to engage reverse.
I'm also stealing your idea from your other video for the standoff to help with the slop in the spring as well. Have you noticed much rattling with that? I think I'm going to just coat the one I use with something to stop any rattling. Anyhow, double thanks for these videos! They have been a lifesaver!

Great! Thanks for the feedback. There are definitely many fine adjustments on this product. I have some tape between the standoffs and the springs and over the standoffs as well to avoid any potential buzzing.
