Whats up. Hope you enjoy Norbrook video. The video is available in 4k resolution, just check the settings on your video settings. Have you ridden Norbrook yet? They've got some great stuff there. Be Safe, Ride well, Be Awesome. -Sam
Local CT rider here. SO glad i found your channel. I had no idea CT had so many great trail systems. Looking forward to taking my new bike out to some of these places. Maybe i'll see you out there. Happy riding and stay safe
CT has awesome trail networks. I recommend checking out Trail Forks and the New England Mountain Bike Association. For ideas to ride all over the state. 👍🏾😎
Thank you sir.🙏🏾 I was hoping to do you guys some justice. There was a few scenes i wanted to narrate to capture the bond and support for each other that readily shows up on video (i only got some of it 😊), but i want work on my story telling i will work on that next time. It also came out longer than expected but i'll work on it. Its good enough for now. Thanks for letting me tag along and the awsome dancing 😂✌🏽
@@MTBZenMaster All good man- I like your story telling and the vibe you are going with. It is what it is all about for me- being in the woods and pulling in the energy from the land and trees. History of Spandex according to Al is just bonus material that is hilarious and of course a little adrenalin drop and dance.. :)
Hey Sam, pleasant surprise bumping into you today at Norbrook. Thanks for the trail directions, totally helped us out. I'll be up here quite a bit this summer!
LOL I have figured out that people of all ages and background watch my channel, so not everyone is into a bunch of 40+ year olds riding bikes. Some just want to see Rad riding :-)
Dude I watch all the youtube vids and by chance came across yours and it was awesome! Great vibes, awesome mental health advice, and Norbrook looks like fun! Im from CT, you seem like a real chill guy would love to ride with ya some day!
Sam practice manuals over the rocks. Slows the Momentum and uses more energy to go around them... risking sidewalk puncture come race season you’ll be good 2 go if you do...
Yes Sir! Great advice. I appreciate you RHINO. Of course i'm racing this season :-) training starts today! So many videos to do for this season, but finishing up the VT50 edit first.
This is a good trail, I can get down with this trail. What type of handlebars are you using, I like the back sweep on them. You find them comfortable? Good video man, hope you drop more on us. Greetings from Colorado. Running out of content to drop on my channel due to snow here... Ride on.
Greetings bro! Thank you for the very kind words and encouragement. I am behind my posting schedule . About 4 XC races and many rides. Been work this Vermont 50 edit. Its turned into a movie. LoL. I will get back to short frequent format after this video is done. 👍🏽 Be well.
The bars are Carbon Renthal Fatbars. I researched for a while. They are pretty good. I will look up specs, but they come in a variety of rise and backsweep. If i remember correctly.

Trail riding is amazing dirt therapy. Gets you out of your own head and not worrying about all the other crap going on in your life.
