Rolling Suitcase wheel replacement (NOT spinner suitcase)

How to replace broken or damaged wheels on a rolling suitcase. Some high quality luggage is worth fixing. The piece I fixed happens to be an American Tourister suitcase that I bought more than 25 years ago. It has a lot of miles on it!

This was my exact problem! Both wheels disintegrated while two wheeling through the airport. Have kept my 2 wheel, hard sided HEAD carry on “bag” several years now, with plans to fix it AND now I know how, thanks to you. Seems they don’t make the new bags as well now. Liked and Sub’ed. That you for this, I have that exact suitcase and a wheel was in the same shape as yours after my last trip. I was hoping I could fix it without taking the wheel housing off but I guess not.

I have a similar TravelPro rolling tote. The housing looks like I have to drill through the head of the rivet too - am a little wary about doing this - was it difficult?

I actually had some from my daughter's roller blades. If I find 2 more, how would I get them to you or how would I contact you?
