We love when someone’s open to mental health! 🖤
I’m so glad!!! This is a safe space 🤍
🥰🧠
Missed the vlog & corresponding ridiculous storytime??! Check it out on my channel!!!
Sometimes we should have a space for conversation about struggles, and other times people need to hear "shut up and get over it".
Sometimes you grow up by getting shut down, and experiencing things alone is also okay; you dont need to share everything.
I agree with all of that, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts!!
I think sometimes growth does need to happen alone, ultimately our mental health and well-being are each our own responsibility, and can’t depend on others to be fixed/healed/etc.
Simultaneously, it’s vital we keep the conversation about mental health open, because despite the modern age, many many people still don’t believe in mental illness, or even know about it! I didn’t know about it until roughy four years ago! But I had mental health problems for a long time before then, and feeling like something was wrong with me, but feeling like I was the only one, and not understanding what it was, made life incredibly difficult and isolating.
@@dabria_createsI hear you. My point is sometimes we should discredit people's difficulties so they can learn to appreciate their position instead - its situational whether someone should be discredited, and so I disagree with the principle you proposed.
Not me unironically saying "my mental health is really down. Es really not good" when things dont go my way now. 😌😂
🎶eeeees reeeally not good right now🎶
