    I think the photo diary is a great idea, I should probably look into doing something similar myself!

    Breaking a lifetime of bad habits is hard to do and you'll have slip ups and ride the slippery slope now and then, but the best thing I see here is that you've acknowledged it and have made a plan of action. Awesome. As for help with the food addiction, is there an overeaters anonymous support group near you? They deal with food addiction and trigger foods. I know I'm a food addict, and really have to avoid my trigger foods to avoid that creeping bad behaviour. Basically anything with sugar, white processed flour, and high fat but only when combined with sugar! Oh, and how exciting you're getting together a WLS posse!

    Have you tried calling counselors to see if there is anyone they could recommend? Good luck, I'm still pre-op but know how hard it is to make the right food choices- good idea taking pict to hold urself accountable. Anyway you seem very determined and I have no doubt u will concur this. 😃

    I kind of had to laugh at the food addiction signs. Some are soo "duh'! I think you have a good plan for getting back on track! Keep plugging away!
