This is the character I've been most excited about, simply because she was a character created by the community. Was honestly just looking forward to seeing what WFS would do with her story and character quests. I had no idea what her skill set was. Didn't expect a monster of a unit. 😮 Again WFS comes through with an awesome free character for us. Makes me happy I've invested my time into this game. The little teaser vid was sweet ✊ Thanks for the preview my guy. Really excited for the update!
Very exciting right? It’s going to be a great day for all of us. Can’t believe we’re getting her for free - and without having to jump through many hoops. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🫃🫃🫃
@@jrpgwowis that true aisha created by AE community? Wow impressive.. how to do that, i really want a pacific islander styled character.. similar to Sheila appearance.
Seems like there are a lot of crazy powerful support units coming out lately. That said, a support unit is nothing if it's not paired with a good DPS. That said, while Aisha about matches some of the more recent supports that have come out, she's got the advantage of being a free unit and matching the gacha supports buff for buff. And also, her support elements happen to match the elements of the strongest free DPS units in the game. Plus, the added versatility's also good. She's essentially Orleya and Juno-style Yipha rolled into a single character in terms of buff potential, and using either of them can more or less fill the same role in a party, but the advantage is that Orleya is thunder, Yipha is wind, and Aisha is fire + water. So, the elemental stances don't overlap. This means now we've got a seriously good support for 4 out of the 7 elements. If we can just get a good earth and crystal support unit, we've got the whole range of possible teams covered. (Yes, I left shadow out. Thilliellie's about the only shadow DPS of any worth I'm aware of, and she's just not good enough on her own to count. In other words, shadow's kina worthless.)
@@jrpgwow Hmm... I will be honest, I just looked up her unreleased info after you asked. That said, it's looking like she's moving in the direction of a defensive support. If combined with a non-elemental dedicated healer like Finne, it could go the direction of some solid outlast-type tanky builds that can get through a tough fight just by slowly whittling down enemy health. I'm still not seeing anything in the range of real heavy damage in the shade department yet though. That said, shade needs offensive support before it can really become viable for party builds. (Also, does shade have someone who can start a shade stance? I'll look it up real quick... nope, there literally IS no shade zone in the wiki. Probably a sign that the developers haven't put much effort into shade yet... that said, maybe Nona is a sign they might start putting some future efforts into it?)
@@jrpgwow Anyway, I also did a little bit of playing around with Aisha on my own since this comment, and it changed my evaluation of her a little. She seems to be a pure offensive support in fire stance, and a primarily defensive support in water stance. So, that's something that greatly alters her usefulness. This actually ranks her somewhat weaker than Orleya who I'd compared her to before as well. Orleya's ability to balance offense and defense, as well as even healing, makes her the far superior support. So, yeah. Aisha looked super impressive on paper, but in implementation she proved a lot harder to handle than I'd first thought. A lot of thought needs to go into any party you stick her in, because she has some glaring weaknesses that need to be covered for. All that said, she does also seem to be worth the effort. It's just that she's not the kind of character that you can just toss into your party without thought and suddenly get super powerful.

She really intrigues me. I took a break from the game to do IRL stuff, but time to get back to it I guess !
The good thing is she’s easy to unlock too!
If you decide to...
Welcome back! \o/
David! How ayaaaa!

Thanks for the great insights mate. What do you think of the upcoming 5 star Nona for shadow? I will do a vid about her closer to her release

Ever since day 1 I have been waiting for the playable elementals (salamander & co)
Also what a character lineup at the beginning of the vid. Jeez 💪😆
Special thanks to our boy Ahmad for lending me his Japanese account. He has awesome units
Indeed...
Shout-out to Ahmad ✌️
She just made Shion's TM fight a breeze. That's how good she is.
Nice one! She helped me beat Uquaji level 190 today
Thigh game on point
🥰
She can double as staff grasta holder unlike other singers!
Good point!
I think she is very op and she will be good for the trials with water and fire weakness
I was thinking the same thing! Pretty great for a free unit
@@jrpgwow yeah if we think of it can set 2 zones has song effekt and preemptive pain and poison and just another unit for mental focus and all is good
@@jrpgwow oh man i finally got my last chiyo as treatis
@@Foran98 AYYYYYY well done bro. She’s a great unit as you probably already know! I love combining her Horai Jewel with Eva and Flammelapis
@DeviYuma

I've been chasing after AS Chiyo for a year or more myself. 😅
