Brooklyn Extreme calisthenics Routines: 2.5 Minuttes of Iso'

  • Here’s a classic iso routine consisting of 30sec holds in 3 different positions. The 1st part was recorded in 2011 and the 2nd was in 2017. The purpose was to show the progression. Don’t worry for all the critics I have something special that I’m working on and after it’s accomplished hopefully you can help me improve on another attribute.

      Lucas Gabriel you can buy the shirts on Instagram but you can not buy the Gold shirts. The Gold shirt you have to do the requirements. It is 5 muscle ups, 50 parallel bar dips, 30 Pullups, 60 pushups and 5 muscle ups in good form and range of motion and in 5 minutes or under.
