- Here is our little travel diary I shot during our trip through Georgia, a beautiful and still relatively unknown country. We spent a whole week there, including a few days in the capital Tbilisi, but also in the mountains of Gadauri and Stepantsminda, the eastern wine region in Naparuli, and a few places around Tbilisi, including the historic Mtskheta.

Been to Georgia twice this year alone! We've completely fallen in love with this country and its people. 😍😍😍

Greetings from southern California! Georgia is a beautiful country, beautiful culture, and in my opinion, has the most gorgeous women on Earth. I truly hope God allows me to live long enough to visit that beautiful land. God bless always the people of Georgia!

@Gikooo i would definetely agree on Svaneti. Its another world. Mestia..Usghuli ...the Caucasus. Batumi is not so special -maybe for Georgians is loved cause its their summer destination...but thats all.

No im not standard tourist, ... i never take tours and guides, i sleep in tent, hitchhiking and visiting less touristic places :)
im doing same iwth my self.. i love also campind and tent.. if u want we can do it together : )

I would say that the best time to travel to Georgia is the second half of April, May, June, September, October. If you can withstand the heat (over 30 C), you can visit the country in July and August as well. The best time to visit mountainous regions and hike is July and August.

Actually there`re traffic lights everywhere. In fact, there are so many traffic lights in Tbilisi that drivers often use alternative routs to get to their destinations.

it's so great to see vlogs in RUclips about Georgia, my mother comes from Georgia and i fly there every year to visit my family. You should really go to kakheti theres a wine Route (i dont know how it called because i'm german xd) and you should visit Batumi.

Thanks for the video. Bumps Georgia up on the list of places to go next. You guys seemed to get out of Tblisi on a few occasions. Would this be difficult to arrange for someone who speaks none of the local language? And, did you find the people friendly or indifferent?

Outside the cities few speak English. In the cities only ask young people, even then they may refuse. If you want to go and need a tour guide ask me, I know a good guy, speaks English (many don't only Georgian and Russian). You can take mini bus to most places. Often uncomfortable but cheap.
Generally the locals are accommodating, but like everywhere where the country is poor they will try to overcharge tourists
It was easy, and most people, especially younger ones in Tbilisi, are quite open and helpful.
actually there are traffic lights in Tbilisi :) but I know why you have this impression that there are none. you don't find them in the downtown because there are many underground crossings, which you probably have not noticed. please do not risk crossing the RUSTAVELI avenue from the top. there are 4 underground crossings along the street. along the river you will find several crossings over bridges.
I crossed Rustavelli Ave BEFORE I discovered tunnel crossing.Exciting. Drivers aware. I lived!
Crossing street via underground is what you offer to tourists? You'll never see underground crossings in western countries, especially in city center, only zebras and traffic lights.
Why there is not even one traffic light on Rustaveli avenue, this is the main walking and business street of city? Can you imagine european streets without zebras?
Hi. I just found out i have Caucasus DNA. I want to know from what region of the Caucasus do you think i look like. I guess those DNA tests leave you with more questions. I'm in a journey of self discovery and want to travel abroad. Thank you in advance for any info you may give me about my ethnicity.
Um its really hard to tell like that. And what do you mean in Caucasian blood, Caucasus has several countries and lots of ethnicities inside, some of them are not even European looking. Youll need to ask people who tested you more about it

The weather is spectacular. During the day it may be sometimes hot but during the night it rains and is perfect! If you wanna find people who speak English, ask people who might look like their in their 20's...
Tours will be offered yes there are many tours available :) If you wanna tour Georgia, go to Ushguli Svaneti, Kakheti, or Kazbegi is beautiful!!!

We did a week and it's worth it.

Very important Warning .... Most of people from Arab counties has hate to travel to Georgia because there are many passengers from Oman, Dubai, Sudi, Qater, Kuwait ... etc have travelled to Georgia but the officer of Airport of Georgia has informed these passengers that not allowed to enter Georgia so the officer said to passngers to go back to same aircraft to their country ... without any reason. Espically it is not required Visa from these countries according to the relealtionships in both counteies. So in each aircraft the officer has to return back from 5 to 10 passengers but other passengers said no problem.
If Georgia Government use this system then there are a lot of countries in the world better than Georgia.
Please dont travel to Georgia at all.
