- Here are my first year mistakes selling on Amazon FBA. I began selling on Amazon FBA last year and had some successes and my fair share of failures. I hope by watching this video, you'll be able to avoid these simple mistakes and successfully begin your Amazon FBA selling side hustle.

Amazon will handle these for you if you're using FBA. Returns will then be returned to your domestic address, donated, or liquidated depending on your preference.

Thanks for this video, very informative tutorial. Regarding trademarked brands, I totally understand that brand names should not be in keywords, I get that, but what about in search terms? Are search terms "visible" like keywords? Do search terms show up in any analytics?

I meant that after registering your Brand with the USPTO.GOV then you need to get Brand Approved by Amazon , then you can list your product .... my other question is Lets say i have a branded products registered at USPTO and also approved by Amazon , NOW i want to sell A Non branded Second Product , how can i List it as a Generic this time along side my first Branded listed one ?Is it possible and HOW to do that please ? Thank you if you know how to do this Listing without being affected by my First Branded listing ...

Hi dear I'm a newbie on Amazon wow yes I'll learn from your mistake oh about existing product I did but I confused a bit on product id and all except sku that changed to mine and my product already put barcode in each bag will be sent to FBA this Sat Will they confused with product id?or they gonna know that is mine by SKU?

Unless you’re selling actual AirPods, you cannot use the trademarked brand name if AirPods. I incorrectly used it for my third party “look a like” airpod headphone. You cannot use a trademarked brand name without the owners approval unless you’re referring to compatibility

My shipment already reached at Amazon warehouse, is there any to recover my material from Amazon or can i sell the it with different name or generic brand??
yeah ... when i started selling, i didnt know u couldnt sell underneath another brand, so i did and got an IP violation... luckily my account wasnt banned lol. had no clue what brands were or registry, or gtin, or asin, or anything

What search you need to put on it to avoid TM?

Actually I did not clearly understand of your 1st mistake, do you discourage going private label for beginner, but I want to start clothing item with my private label for avoiding amazon issues. If I am wrong please advice would be a great help. Thanks
My first mistake was not educating myself. I advise you to continue researching and educating yourself before beginning to sell or purchase a product to sell!
Is there an option to get your unsold items shipped back to you instead of Amazon storing them if they aren’t selling?
Yes, Inventory can be called back or recycled by Amazon, this option can be availed through MANAGE INVENTORY tab.

Hi, just subscribed to your channel. Thank you for creating helpful videos. However I would like to ask you a question regarding ASIN. Amazon says you shouldn’t generate an ASIN if your product is already listed in their site. However I tried checking out few sellers selling exactly the same product on amazon and their products all have different ASIN. This is confusing for me as a new seller to be.
It’s possible to get through Amazons screening by reposting the same product with a different, unique UPC. They’ll eventually catch on.

I would just seller through one of the other active listings. Check the brand with Amazon’s brand registry first
Debt To Dollars thanks for your response. I just checked the brand of one of the products but nothing of such is popping up. As for the 2 nd product, it doesn’t come with a brand name so I guess am to customize what ever name I want on it.

Yes. Fee depends upon product type/size.

Yes, they’ll first take it from your net income and then if that’s at $0 then they’ll charge you the outstanding balance.
